Age - 26 y/o
Weight - 167 lbs
Bodyfat - 15%
Test baseline - 441 ng/dcl
Free test - 83.31
SHBG - 32.1
E2 - 41.9

Question:
I'm completely new to this but went over lab work with a clinic near me that suggested I take 200 test c a week so my hormones are get in optimal ranges. I've completed my first week but was just curious if anyone thinks the advice given was warranted and if they agree or disagree. Any feedback is welcome.
