+ 27 Experiences with injuries, I wanna hear stories

AAS CATEGORY

Deca, Equipoise, Anavar, and Primobolan will ALL increase skeletal muscle while at the same time dramatically increase collagen synthesis and bone mass and density, leaving you with a substantially reduced chance of becoming injured than if you choose to use AAS in general. (test only etc.)

While testosterone will increase bone mass and density, even at supra-physiological levels, the result is weaker tendons due to inhibition of collagen synthesis

Percent increase ranked
EQ = 340%
Deca = 270%

Anavar: with the short half life and hundreds of studies, definitely a viable option!

MUTA HEALING PROTOCOL

Frontload the TB-500 at 10-15mg a week for 4 weeks straight, beyond this point, shoot a maintenance dose of 8-10MG EOW for remainder. I use it on a bi-weekly basis and have noticed a major increases in my muscle shape, never had any more "tweaked muscles" and it has a definite "leaning" effect from what i have noticed. I have used it on and off for almost 3 years now. Long before people became privy to it and I can attest it surely works!

Dislocating my shoulder and tearing it in 3 spots, I attribute the TB-500 for the key benefactor for why I have not only recovered, by triumphed beyond my old limits.

shooting TB-500 IM into the injured site has given me instant alleviation to the pain, but is not permanent. I believe it has an anti-inflammatory property when it comes to site injections

IGF-LR3 (must be real, get your baselines tested and make sure its working) Site injection is just rumors due to the half life. Start at a moderate dose of around 40-50mcg post workout. I use take it with a 50g shake of Karbolyn/50g Protein mix. Shoot it in 2 week intervals. 2 weeks on, 3-4 weeks off. This will slow your natural IGF production, so I try to be conservative.

HGH (the dosages I suggest are speaking on behalf of human grade HGH)
This is something I don't ever feel the need to come off of. learn how to time it away from your carb baring meals and run a low maintenance dose 3IU ED, no days off. HGH alone promotes collagen synthesis x250% Its sides are slim to none, but price is high because of this. Make sure NOT to self diagnose your need for T3/T4.

TEST CYPIONATE 200mg/w 1-16
EQUIPOSISE 600mg/w 1-16
Deca 200mg/w 1-12

(please do not neglect the proper AI's, support, PCT etc)

Supplements I suggest you all should pick up

Wobenzyme
Tumeric
l-citrulline
l-arginine

Serrapeptase is currently being studied and used for a vast array of applications for human health and disease prevention. This includes therapeutic use for nerve damage, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic ear infections, hay fever, lung congestion, swollen glands, laryngitis, rhinitis, chronic pain, arthritis, back and neck pain, diabetes, ulcers, osteoporosis, prostate problems, rheumatoid arthritis, sports injuries (both prevention and recovery), post operative scars and lesions, varicose veins, arterial diseases, angina, blood clots, anti-aging, restoration of healthy fibrin metabolism and reduction in C-Reactive Protein.

Here's a few studies I found on it's anti-inflammatory properties. You can't get a drug patent for it so most of the research is taking place in Europe and Asia where they actually care about helping people. I take it morning and night as part of my daily.

(in my case this intense "stack" has helped my joints by a ten fold. All cheap, safe to consume, and easy to obtain)

So, come on guys.. lets hear your stories. Are you fighting an injury? trying to prevent them? Need help setting up a cycle because your body is getting "old" I see so many posts of people using Deca because of what it does for our joints.. but not much knowledge on peptide use, steroids used so we don't mess up our tendons etc. Most get overlooked if anything. The supplement advice was from tread (which he advised me) and I pulled the collagen part from youngtricep - an old, great post that got overlooked

any information you have that I can add to this post regarding peptides, protocols etc, post away and I will edit this. I think where all this board discussions cycles cycles cycles, not many people are educated about what to do when an injury strikes, or they can't do hammer curls anymore because their elbows hurt too damn bad!

Muta i assume eq means boldenone in any form right? was looking at another ester than und for when i come back to help with collagen synthesis

Besides the injury to my penis, I've also sustained a back injury and ruptured Achilles tendon. In march of this year, I herniated three discs in my lower back and have been receiving spinal injections to help with the pain and inflammation. I started to have discomfort in my left ankle, which the doctors believed was due to nerve impringment in my back. It turned out to be an Achilles that was ready to snap. It finally came apart in July and I had surgery on July 8th. At this point, I'm wearing a walking boot about 50% of the time. The rest of the time I'm in regular shoes or flip flops. My doctor has been stunned at how quickly I am recovering. I actually told him that I was running hgh and felt that it likely contributed to an accelerated healing process. He said he couldnt officially recommend that I use it, but that in everything he's read about it, he felt it would absolutely be beneficial to run it. Since my cardio is going to be pretty limited until I fully recover, I decide this next blast was going to wet, sloppy bulker. Im running a basic stack of test e and deca. I'm about three weeks in on the deca and am starting to notice more limberness in my elbows and shoulders. I need to throw in some TB 500 but have been too lazy to order any I suppose.

About a year ago I was experiencing ridiculous amounts of pain in my shoulder, I went and had an MRI done and I didn't have something wrong with my rotator cuff like I had figured. As it turned out I had a case of shoulder tendinitis due to what my doctor said could be a number of things, including lifting heavy shoulder but many other things I had been doing like working on my golf game and playing basketball for cardio. So of course he recommends I go to physical therapy and I figured why not it was free with my insurance. Well I went twice a week for 6 weeks and I swear I was in more pain then, than ever. So I called it quits and started researching on here...I came up with a very basic easy cycle strictly for rehab pretty much. I was tempted to start up some GH and use it for it's healing properties but I haven't done any yet and I wasn't ready(might still not be) to start up. So I decided I would shoot 500mg test e per week, and I started out with tb500 at 8mg per week so I front loaded it pretty hard...the first few I shot it sub q and noticed some relief in my shoulder. Then instead of sub q I started pinning it in my shoulder. It wasnt painful, but my no means was it comfortable lol anyways, right after i started the injections into my injuried shoulder, I started to notice so much relief. My range of motion increased srastically, I did tons of resistance band workouts, super light weight and tons of streching. I didnt push myself too hard, but after about 4 weeks I decided to kick it up a notch and havent turned back. I ran the tb500 with the test for 6 weeks and then I kept the test up for 8 afterwards followed by pct. After the 6 weeks I then started to pin 4mg of tb500 once a month for 4 months. My shoulder feels like a million bucks, I'm not pushing crazy heavy weight on shoulders but I feel like I could if I wanted too. I've been able to get back to my golf game and playing basketball for cardio...

Basically, tb500 healed my shoulder tendinist and I will be using it in the future if I ever run into that problem again!

Thanks for the long read lol sorry

I ran it until I ran out, tried to get my hands on more but I was kinda tight in the wallet so I think I ordered bunk stuff trying to get a deal. Decided to go all natural for a couple months but I have a cycle coming up with some badass EQ cyp...cough cough....and I plan to hit the tb500 again during cycle and afterwards. Gotta stock up, it's gunna be like xmas soon! lol

And thank you for posting this bro! Lookin forward to all the good reads, hopefully my success story helps others! If anyone has any questions ask away, or add me and we can PM!

K Master Muta. I like the post BUT your injuries are all skeletal/tendon related....Besides my fkd up back(herniated/bulging disc) I have had a inguinal hernia and am going to get checked again this week as I fear I have gotten another one one the opposite site. I had the hernia repaired about 2-3 years ago and I felt that "bulge" kinda pop again today as I was doing some heavy rack pulls. You have any info that could benefit someone in my position?

littlefatbuddy's picture

I had an inguinal hernia about three years ago. I found a surgeon that stitched the mesh, for the repair, to the muscle wall. It was a 45 minute surgery with a 3 day recovery. Yes, he completely released me after 3 days. He suggested I be smart about lifting but said that area would never be a problem again. It wasn't as easy as taking a pill but not that difficult either. Maybe you already know about this type of repair. I work a four on four off schedule and didn't miss a day of work. Hope it helps.

I don't know if you have ever used a inversion chair not a table but that is what I use. this is also what my cyro told me to use cause it pulls you from the waist and not your ankles like a table does

I have used tb 500 and it worked well with my injuries especially my knees because im such a big man. I did 2mg a week for the first 6 weeks then switched off to 2 mg every other week. I also took high amounts of glucosamine and msm liquid version so it would digest better. I think also drinking lots of water helps with cushioning the joints which I think we all know. I had a friend also who took tb 500 and he had very bad shoulder problems and it healed his shoulder almost completely up. I think he did 2 mgs a week for like 3 months though. all im saying is tb500 works good

I get hurt all the time, but I'm too depressed to talk about it. What's your protocol for a broken penis?

BlackDoug's picture

Lol a 20 year old

UncleYoked's picture

Lol, I actually have injured it. Finally got to have some post pregnancy sex with the wife and it was incredibly tight. The next day, it was a little sore with a weird ring right below the head. She looked it up on webmd and it's actually pretty common.

BlackDoug's picture

Bro I'm listening! Been there done that with the elbows hurting like hell. I'm all ears. I've even had bouts with my tendons. What I thought was due to my muscles growing faster than my tendons. I got some tips from abbadon today and he said to run 600 eq with 600 test c/e ew. Run the eq for at least 16 weeks. So it's good to have some conformation on this with your post.

BlackDoug's picture

Ill definitely give it a go. I think I'm gonna shy away from the deca though and see how the eq works with the added supplements!

XvBeast's picture

There is no proof that deca or eq increase collagen synthesis.. Their is an assumption that because eq increases RBC that it helps heal tendons faster but still that doesn't quite say anything about blood flow to tendons. If there is a study I would like to see it but for now collagen synthesis from these compounds are just speculations

I ll give an example , I got knee tendonitis while on a deca/ test cycle

Time off has been my only success in recovering from those nagging injuries and then I almost feel like I'm starting over again after losing some significant gains!
