First topic I've ever made, but anyways I gain muscle easy gain fat just as easy, was curious to see if anyone has this same god given gift, and how they work with it Thanks! (diet plans workout plans, tips how to lose weight, gear they've used with this body type

Little about me im 25, bf as of now 32-35, height 6, my weight has been all over the scale in the last 4 years hit 360, starved my self to 205 as of 2 years ago I got into the (healthy lifestyle) now gained up to 296 freaked out 2 weeks ago about my weight now im down to 289 288ish, still continuing to lose. Workout 6 times a week, 3x full body workouts 30 seconds rest, 20 reps first week, (now on second week of this type of training) 15 rep second week, third week will be something along the lines of 20,15,10 (20rep Monday workout, 15 rep Tuesday workout, 10 rep Friday workout) all workouts never exceed 45 minutes..

What does your current diet look like, it seems like you are kind of all over the place big weight fluctuations. You mentioned starving yourself to loose weighy, and dropping roughly 10lbs of weight in 2 weeks, not eating or starving yourself can be one of the most detrimental things you can do, pretty much the opposite end of over eating and such. One thing you will learn on here is diet is everything, no supplement, or usage of gear will be effective without a solid diet. Is recommend dieting yourself down from 32% 92nd before touching any aas. Look at it as building a house, you don't want to build a brand new house on a bad foundation. If you lay out what your diet looks like I'm sure some can chime in and give some pointers. I to have the same body type, and have learned what works for me..

Negative, I do need to get that but id love to lose 50lbs before I start anything? I can't remember the place to get blood work done but I'll figure that out close to cycling time, when I get a good handle on that?
