Elbow pain

ad

I finished my first cycle of test e 500 mg per week. About half way through I got what feels like tennis elbow. I took 2 weeks off from lifting but as soon as i start lifting it starts hurting again. Has anyone else expeirenced this and is thefe anything I can do to help it heal?

When on cycle your muscles develop too fast for connective tissue to keep up so it becomes easier to strain or injure your tendons and ligaments. Be sure to warm up thoroughly prior to workouts and use ice afterwards to keep inflammation down. Maybe include a little Deca in your next cycle, it worked for me after having my MCL in my left elbow rebuilt using a tendon from forearm. Good luck!

brutha, light reverse curls (bar only) will fix that right up : )

dude i have the same thing on my left elbow. also weird how our usernames are similar lol. My problem started happening last summer. What helps me out is not doing skull crushers anymore lol that and an elbow support i bought from walmart. I started doing more dips instead of skull crushers and started stretching more know after i workout which i didnt do before. pain/discomfort is still there but not as much as before.

Speak of the devil. I just got home from the gym and on my way out the door I was thinking fuck skull crushers, I'm switching to dips cause I did something to my elbow working and now here it is.

i had the same thing 2 weeks into my cycle i got tennis elbow i took a week off , im into week 7 now and i still have it damn

Tennis elbow implies a bio-mechanical weakness (probably in the forearm) causing the tendon reaction. Fix the imbalance and you fix the problem. Pill/potions etc...just help with the symptoms (i.e pain).

happens to me when pushing harder than usual (which is typically every workout while on cycle)

also when taking dbol or tbol they flare up

rest and sensible training help, tiger balm, gluco/chond supps

Joint supplements are always good, but your problem is more than likely overtraining.
Hitting body parts more than once per week....doing more than 9-12 sets per part....working out on back-to-back days, are all ways to incur tendonitis.

If your not on a joint supplement i would try it if i was you
