Dont shoot me please LOL Test and Winny Q/A!!!!

ad

Ok my friends I am this is my second cycle, I am running Test Cyp 250/ 250mg per week on my 6th week. Also my second week on Winstrol / 50 mg per day. I am 6ft 280lbs my BMI (not for sure) is around 30-35%. I take vitamin c , milk thistle, fish oil pills, and l-glutamine. I want to shred up.... First of what SHOULD I be taking as far as supplements goes? I do not use any creatine or protein powder. I am confused on what I should be eating carbs/calorie wise. I met a guy he got me test cyp and left so Im lost in the f***ing clouds. I know i cant stay on winny for too long, but how long is too long? Eroids freaking rocks and I love all you... Please be kind in your responses, Thank you all so very much for your input.

Cardio and diet is kkey for FAT loss, but what about the weight training? High reps with lower weights, or stay full steam with the heavy stuff?

Greg's picture

Weight training is actually a good cardio workout as well. I wish I did more weights earlier on when I was losing fat. Hard to tell how much muscle I last with the fat without it.

Personally, if I were to do it over, I'd do a 2/3 -1/3 cardio to weights ratio. And work to flip that ratio as I got closer to my goal.

Adding more muscle also increases your metabolism, which in turn helps to burn the fat.

I did the Navy BMI equation, it read out my BMI is close to 40% Im not doubting I need to shed some weight but being told im 100lbs of fat is ridiculous... Is there a bodyfat formula?

Greg's picture

Get yourself some calipers. They are inexpensive.

tech1985's picture

I have a caliper at work, same idea?

I just wanted to point out he says his BMI is 30 - 35%, not his body fat. BMI is a joke, but anyways carry on.

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

30/35% is his BF............ everything is in order here.

UgtaBkdNme's picture

I wasn't doubting the advice given, just noting his wording. I know according to the BMI scale I'm considered a fatass.

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

lol .... yeah i too am considered obese from the BMI charts.... yes i agree i am 100lbs over their stated weight but zero consideration is taken into account that it is solid meat lmao!

Lol - I had a laugh with my GP about this. Before I had my shoulder surgery in the pre-op assessment the nurse write down my BMI was high. Never mentioned to me at the time, but sent a report back to my GP about being over weight and a type 2 diabetes risk, (I was 255lbs at about 12-13% at the time. He asked if she could actually see me and thought it was very funny.

Thanks for the help everyone I assume you all think Im some jackass who want to take the easy road. I have always been big. Even when I was in the service the lowest I have ever weighed was 225 lbs. I stopped the winstrol today and will order some clomid to go with my nolvadex for the pct asap. Again, thanks to everyone who gave me useful information....

Catalyst's picture

No bruv. The fools are the ones we advise and they say "well I'm doing it anyway"......

Several years ago (mid 40's) I was nearly as bad off as you are now. 6' and 245 lbs
First was to shed the weight, I started running. I started reading and learning about diet. After about a year I had lost 50+/- pounds and shifted my focus to weights.

After about 3 years when I stopped seeing gains, I started to think about my testosterone levels. I looked to diet and exercise to try and increase it naturally. "The testosterone Advantage Plan" by Men'sHealth is a good entry level book to read.

I researched aas for about another year before I thought about buying anything. Then, before taking any action, armed with my research, I spoke to hollywood, goth, jayhawks, and others to make sure I was going about it right.

I didn't start something first then ask questions. I did not ask the questions you are asking, I knew the answers already. Before you start, you should be at a place where you are saying, "This is what I'm doing, am I missing anything?" Not, "I'm confused, hold my hand."

Why am I preaching? To let you know that to truly transform yourself in a healthy way, in a way where you won't give up and rebound, it takes time. It is a lifestyle change. A marathon.

Now, if a 46 or 47 year old dog can change, how much easier would it be for a young pup such as yourself?

tech1985's picture

Welp thanks everybody sorry to ruin everyones day I will quit the aas and start a pct asap.

RickRock1086's picture

Not ruining nobodies life/day but yours hommie. In this place we encourage safety & understanding knoledge and, this is a helpfull place with members that are worth GOLD with the info they provide for FREE. But harmfull behaviors are not tolerated here hommie specially for lack of reading since is clear you started this cycle nkt knowing a thing. Listen to what they say, go on PCT, drop bodyfat make a better plan and execute it

PIN_CUSHION's picture

Didn't ruin anyone's day, we see it everyday. You made the right choice, now educate yourself.

tech1985's picture

I have nolvadex, but do i need to use hcg as well?

RickRock1086's picture

Been this fat & on AAS its only asking for troubles. With the info you provide we can not applause or give you high fives for what you doing but to correct you, unfortunatelly AAS are not a magic brew that you drink and BOOM, skinny again & forget all those years of bad eating habits. Listen to the PRO advice below me or perhaps PM him for advice before you end up having serious complications. Peace.

tech1985's picture

What would a target BMI be before starting up again?

tech1985's picture

Well then what would you reccomend as a pct?

RickRock1086's picture

Wow!!! you are really lost and didn't know what the hell you was getting into don't you. Hate me for what I'm gonna say but people like YOURSELF give steroids a bad reputation hommie. I'm out of here, and -1 all ya'll want but I'm just scratching my head here reading this...

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

Dont worry bout anyone downvoting you bro............ i will fuck the first that trys.

vhman's picture

Use the search function up top (magnifying glass) and search PCT.
A standard pct usually consists of Clomid (100/100/50/50) and Nolvadex (40/40/20/20). It starts two weeks after your last pin of test-e/c and runs for four weeks.

vhman's picture

Running aas at body fat that is over 15-20% can cause some exaggerated estrogen sides as well as blood pressure issues. It's not recommended to run gear at your body fat level. Diet is your key here chief. Use the search function above and search out some diet tips on how to get ripped. Vitamin-V has a bunch of great posts. Check them out.

diet and nutrition do this....... but of course you would know this considering your injecting steroids and popping pills. smh.

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

is that correct BF% 30/35................ Classic back to front fix up job here, zero diet knowledge, zero training knowledge. zero roid knowledge.... BUT jumped on blindly thinking gear is fkn magic.

Let me go get my wand.

You have nearly 100lbs Bodyfat bro.......... gear raises BP....... = HEART ATTACK.

Come OFF right this second........... hit PCT and cross your fingers.

Catalyst's picture

X2.

Come on man, where's the common sense here? You just start injecting stuff you don't understand and hope for the best? You need to stop the Cycle NOW.

You want to lose weight, diet and cardio. You want some help? I'll help you out with a diet plan IF you stop the cycle.

PIN_CUSHION's picture

Age? Stop your cycle PCT before you wreck yourself. Get diet in check and research A LOT before starting again
