+ 1 Do you need fat on a test cutting stack?

ad

if fat intake is need to build natty test, then if you are on test cutting cycle you technically won't need it would you? Which means you could go on a near zero fat diet and cut faster? Does this make sense or is this too much BS?

fat is essential to LIFE get rid of the fat entirely in your diet and you will see how much you need it.

Healthy, good natural fats are THEE best fat metabolism boosters. When cutting carbs, def increase your fat intake quite higher. Like makwa below, I got my bf down to like 4-6% last summer running tren, mast, prop...eating nothing but protein, fat AND EXTRA FAT, and veggies all day for like 6 weeks. Once every 7-21 days I would have a pig out legendary cheat day to refuel my glycogen levels and shit, then right back to eating the 'diet'

You won't cut faster without fat. It's not the drugs that really make you cut, it's the DIET incorporated with them that can force them to work for YOU. Drugs keep you anabolic while in a caloric deficit, muscle preservation. Make your fat intake like 1/3 of what your caloric intake(macro total) should be...obviously minus the carb counts, cuz you're in a deficit.

I love those cheat days. They help keep the metabolism from shutting down. You are right on about sacraficing tthe carbs before you cut fats.

Damn right! Those cheat days actually help you burn more fat too, AND it keeps you sane and human lol

For a while I was down to less than 5% of my macros from fat and I could not for the life of me lose any more fat. It didn't matter what I did. Someone told me to increase my fat intake so I bumped it up to 20% of my macros and bam! the fat started melting off me and I was down to 4% BF. When you restrict your dietary fat intake to low, your body will go into "survival" mode and try to keep the fat it has stored no matter what. Keep an ample supply of fat in your diet and your body won't be as concerned to keep the fat it has and will burn it up for fuel. Whether you are on or off cycle this holds true.

Agree with suggestions below. When cutting, dial in 50g carbs. You can increase MUFA/PUFA to lengthen metabolism of carbs. Definitely need good fats.

No its total bullshit

Fats are very important - one can argue more so - when cutting.

To get the best of both worlds you can get a good mix from brazil nuts and coconut oil - those two alone will actually increase fat burning.

I like to keep fats moderate to low when I cut and keep carbs 0. World for me
