Do Cholesterol safe cycles exist?

ad

I love trenbolone. Seriously, it felt like I was a god in the gym, unmatched gains, insane energy, and let’s just say, the libido was next-level! Because of the amazing response to Tren, I stayed on way to long and of course, everything has its price. My cholesterol went completely haywire, and I had to take a break. It’s now been three months, I did jump onto TRT but that’s not satisfying me, so I upped the dose to 300mg broken down to 100mg Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to keep levels balanced hoping for a more balanced approach. Surprise, still not satisfied. But even with TRT, I’m reading that cholesterol can still be tricky. Some studies say TRT level doses are good for cholesterol while high cycle level doses of test are not… some studies say testosterone under 600mg a week show not impact while other studies contradict it.

So, here I am, on the lookout for safer cycles that keep the gains coming but don’t mess up my lipids. I’m all ears for any tips or suggestions from you all!

Let’s keep the gains and keep the heart healthy!

I guess we should address statins, anyone on them and what’s your experience cycling on them? I typically only hear negative comments regarding stations.

Thanks, gym buddies/cycle family!

I'm sure they do with the right diet. Statins bleh. Garbles up your CoQ10 so take some. Much better route citrus bergamot study shows one gram is equal to low-dose statin. Safe cycle. Just test

I had high cholesterol from tren and since I’ve thrown in some reta it has definitely lowered it and helped control it.

What would that even look like?! Orals made out of seaweed and testosterone mixed with fishboil instead of MCT?

I’m come from the school of thought that believes HDL and LDL are not the only thing that matters because they don’t show how you body is using fatty acids. You have to test APO-B which is a better indication of cardiovascular health and risk. My HDL is low all the time but LDL and APO-B always in range.
What I use and recommend is Rosuvastatin and ezetimibe daily and you will be fine.

4mg Pitavastatin + 10 mg Ezetimibe and you’ll never have a cholesterol problem again no matter what cycle you run. Pita doesn’t have the muscle spasm or other issues that the other more common statins prescribed in the US cause. Best one out there.

You think Pita’s better than Rosu?
Personally, I’ve found Rosu a bit more potent when paired with Ezetimibe, at least in my experience.
What’s your take on it?

Depends on what you mean by more potent. You can take more rosu and yes it’ll lower your ldl more than pita but pita doesn’t come with any of the negative side effects statins often plague people with, and it raises HDL the most out of all the statins

Atavorstatin 40mg does the trick for me and its free with my insurance I-m so happy

Yeah, totally … pitava’s awesome for bumping HDL, no question. But rosu + ezetimibe just slaps LDL and ApoB way harder, which is what really matters long-term for heart health. Most guys handle a low 5mg dose of rosu fine, especially with ezetimibe in the mix. For someone blasting or cruising year-round, it’s just the cleaner, more efficient combo to keep the whole panel tight.

That’s just my take from experience though … everyone’s different. End of the day, as long as you’re keeping lipids in check, you’re already ahead of 90% of dudes in this game. Appreciate your input, brother.

I’m not too concerned with ldl since the current thought amongst cardiologists is CVD is indicated more by HDL/Trigs ratio than ldl. So anything I can do to bump my HDL im all for. My last ldl reading before adding any kind of cholesterol meds was 26 though. lol it doesn’t need much more slapping. HDL only 29 though. Even my natty HDL levels were low

100%!
From what I’ve seen, Pita’s very mild on muscle tissue, neutral or even slightly positive on HDL, and great for PED users since it doesn’t crush testosterone synthesis or recovery.
Rosuva, on the other hand, is a stronger LDL reducer and plaque stabilizer, but at higher doses, it tends to lower HDL a bit. More of a hardcore, medical-grade approach IMO.

So based on my understanding, for keeping HDL high, Pitavastatin + Ezetimibe is usually the superior combo.
But if your LDL or ApoB are seriously elevated, Rosuva + Eze wins for max correction … just expect HDL to dip slightly.

I’ll be testing Pita myself soon to see how my lipid profile behaves while running some orals (Winny Diablo that’s a demon for hdl) on the next blast. Hopefully it does the trick. Appreciate your input as always, brother man.

Reta does an amazing job with my cholesterol. Even at 1mg a week.

I don't know of any safe cholesterol cycles, but if you are worried, you can always do shorter cycles and always get blood work done every so often to confirm. My buddy blasts and he is on a statin and his cholesterol stays in the normal range. The biggest thing you can do is watch your diet, do cardio, and take fish oil. There is also some supplements that help with lowering cholesterol as well like cholest off by nature made, purchase it at Costco or amazon.
On a side note if you need to thin out or tone you can use Retatrutide and it also has shown to lower Cholesterol.

Stating
Statins have there place. They do their job but for me I have to avoid taking them. They can negatively affect your kidneys and raise your CK levels. As always, see a Physician and have them follow you with blood work and a plan.
