Deloading from everything for 7 days. Going to find out how much weight I can gain in a week.
The goal is to get home and stand in the mirror and cry. I 100% needed a deload week though,
And of course a pack landed as soon as I left and the dog sitter brought it in the house. I should ask to have her open it and send me pics for the TD. Hahaha

Man that place looks nice! It’s definitely important to take some time off every once in a while when your body is telling you it needs it. I took a partial rest last week. Did push day Monday, pull Tuesday and then off since. Last rest week was in May so it was time. I’m feeling so much better. I forgot it’s not normal for my entire body to be hurting all the time lol. I’m hoping I’ll come back stronger tomorrow.
I never gain weight on vacation, I always lose weight. Going from 6-7 meals a day to 3 does that to me. Even if I’m crushing 15 drinks a day on a cruise lol.
The 15 drink/day limit on carnival cruise is some bullshit. Really gotta start getting creative and timing out port calls and getting wasted on a schedule hahaha.
We literally started at the same time! Just no vacation for me lol. Let's suffer together my man. Breaking routine sucks and unfamiliar but it will do some good just think of how much better you'll bounce back.
