Debilitating Migraine
Whats up Eroids,Its your boy Win with a question for my fellow swole necks. Lately, I have been going really heavy on my workouts. You ask "yea, why is that a problem?", well lately I have been getting serious Migraine headaches while lifting. Its been serious to the point that, I just need to close my eyes and rest between sets!
Example, today i started with the incline(dumbbell) bench and my first set was 100's. I rep them out with ease but, by rep 9 my head starts pounding. Being the beast (I think I am), I push through but by rep 11 I put the weight down. I do three more sets 110,120 and 125, by now i'm like wth. Let me explain this headache, it starts behind my eyes and radiates to my temple and slightly down behind my ear. This pain is only on the right side of my head for the most part, but its enough to make you stop in your tracks.
Now I wouldn't consider myself a puss I usually can take pain, hence the 15 hrs of ink on my back, but this is no ordinary headache. It has been happening the last two days while in the gym and today I decided to leave the gym early, just for that reason. I came home and checked my Bp and it was 130/80 and my hr was 80, which is fairly good. I took two anti-inflammatory pills and relaxed. This problem only happens while pushing heavy weight and I tend to push it to the max.
A little about my supplement rotation I take a multi, fish oil,a probiotic and just added Liv 52. My diet hasn't changed it consist of high protein and low carb. I had a couple ideas of what this Migraine might be coming from and all I could come up with was........
Improper breathing
Weights are too heavy
Teeth grinding
Straining
Blood vessel problem ( hopefully not)
Something to do with nerves
Stats:
5,5 height
182 weight
32 Age
It wouldn't hurt to take a day off and go to the doc for this problem, but it will hurt if I died. (lol). I'm hoping this isn't anything serious( i doubt it). I decided take a couple days off from the gym and when I get back, take it a little lighter. I'm in the medical field so tomorrow, I'll get it checked out but.......
Any suggestions on what this might be? Has anyone experienced this kind of thing?

Thanks again Homie!
RustyhookerIt could be simply breathing proplem causing pressures to rise. But pressures can cause aneurysm. Halos, blurry, pupils not same size, pupil not reacting etc etc. Head trauma is nothing to screw with.
My pupis were equal and both reactive, however my scleras were red. I do need to control my breathing more, thanks for your help Rusty!
Mr KfizzleGiving me a headache just reading it man! Hopefully you figure it out and its nothing serious, low carbs gave me worst headaches of my life and only when I was active, just laying around I was fine tho. When I say low carbs I mean like 50 a day or less, and only did that for couple weeks. Fkn hate headaches man!!! Especially those ones u feel like your eyes are gonna explode out of your head!
Thanks bro,That is exactly what kinda headache it is too.
It's not a "toomah".
