Could Test help my Shoulder?

ad

I have looking around online at things to try and help my shoulder. I have crepitus in my right shoulder. Sometimes it aches but it is generally more of an irritation then anything. I lift shoulders on its own day to try and baby it through the work outs and take it easy.
But I was looking and seen a few people say that taking Test could help. It will help build the muscle around my shoulder faster thus helping "support" it.
Just wondering if anyone has thoughts on this?
Thanks

could dbol add comfort to his joints ?..i heard that the extra water in the joints adds little comfort to joints like knees and elbows?...is this true.?...good question bro

Everything I have been reading says that one of the "side effects" of d-bol is they experiance "joint comfort". So it may be a good thing to try later on.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I take Glucosamine every day. I have been taking that even prior to the shoulder issue. I have been building muscles up around my shoulder to try to relieve some of the pain. I am not looking at test like a medication. I am looking at it is being an aid to get better muscle grouth around teh shoulder thus speeding the "recovery" time. Thanks allot for your help and I will start some resurch on the peptides.

Hey bro check out a peptide called Thymosin Beta 4 (TB500)

-It has been found to play an important role in protection, regeneration and remodeling of injured or damaged tissues.
-I'm not too familiar with Crepitus, but maybe this could help.

Good Luck

I agree it couldn't hurt but be aware there's a lot of 'snake oil' out there re joint pain (and in my case shoulders too) and I've tried the lot. ...from cissus, to peptides, growth, deca, cortisone, muscle relaxants...you name it. The only thing that worked was working on a cure for the bio-mechincal problem (in my case) or the cause, and not just bashing away managing the symptoms, which is what many do.

1) It couldn't hurt to try.

2) I had an ankle that took a beating in a 10 foot fall on to concrete, a year and a half later it would still ache bad enough to make me limp, a month after starting Test Cyp it was pain free. YMMV

I may try it out at a low dose soon just to see if i notice a change

I just looked at your age,......you should have enough Test in your system already and may not need to add more for the pain.

Yeah I am thinking of seeing my Doc and asking to get my Test Levels checked anyways. Just to see if im in a good spot or not. I want to before i relly consider a cycle anyways.

hgh and or some peptides should help

brett5891's picture

I have not looked into the HGH. But I take multi, BCAA's, protiens, etc for lifting. Thus should be resulting in the peptides correct?

Will do. Thanks for the info.

I have not spent a ton of time looking into Test or any others to see if it helps my shoulder. I thought I would post here and see if anyone had any info on it. The name crepitus is basilly for the noise. It is a grinding / popping sound my shoulder makes at times. And that is due to some bone on bone action in the joint. I will look at deca and see what they say. I know test wont cure the problem but looking for something to get some relief from the constant annoyance

killinit88's picture

it will definitely help make it stonger, but do what degree is hard to say. Are your symptoms just crepitus or is there other things associated with it?

brett5891's picture

Its is pretty mild. My doc does not think there is any other issues. The working out or if I sleep on it just irritates it and makes it inflamed. I feel a slight aching all day every day. I can tell over the last few months of working out again that is had made it allot better then it was.

about a month ago my right shoulder starting hurting again. to the point where i couldn't do a shoulder raise with a 5 lbs weight. so i found a supp. that is called move freely said it starts working in 5 days..well started taking it and still lifted but way lighter and after 10 days it was just a dull pain and after about three weeks back to 100% no pain. still taking daily stuff is great and cheap.
