I've seen these type of things a while back, I had a blood test once where I was running so much DBol daily that it raised my blood sugar up into Pre-diabetic range and I completely crapped myself lol Thought I would lose my eyesight end everything! Ones I saw are where its a gadget that sticks into the side of your delt and gives continual readings and alerts. Luckily just reducing my glucose intake dropped it down significantly back into normal range but I can see these things being extremely useful when running the naughty shit.
