Compression Gear for PIP
I just stuck my calf for the first time, and I had the worst PIP I've experienced to date. I was limping for two days and everyone at work was asking me what was wrong. Also my calf had a fair amount of swelling all the way down to my ankles. I'd never experienced swelling before. I'm on my third cycle and previously I just rotated between my glutes and quads.
I know PIP is worse with virgin muscle and I'm pretty sure I did not go as slow as I should have and I didn't heat up my oil. I know everything I did wrong, but I'm still dreading trying the other calf. Was wondering if anyone has tried compression gear to help alleviate PIP. Theoretically seems like it should since I imagine the same principles would help clear out the crystallization.
Any thoughts?

Because I plan on doing injectable Winstrol at the end of my cycle and I wanted to start trying out new spots for daily injections.
Broski, just put it in your Upper Glute or Thighs on the side. Why even try the calve? For me the calves and even the delts are scary..LOL
Damn, thanks for the info guys. I thought I read in other threads that it was a valid injection site, and it was on spotinjections.com. I will validate that it hurts and sucks. Lesson learned.
RustyhookerThw guys below have you set. Good info. I've never pinned calves just because the pain stories.

Leave calves alone.
Yikes bro! Leave those calves alone....supposed to be one of most pip prone injection sites.
Imagine the pain of those fools who shoot 2-3mls of that synthol in the calves daily.....no thanks
Go to delts and biceps, and pecs WAY before calves I.m.h.o.
Hope you find relief
dont pin calves. some do, most wont, IMHO.
compression, i guess, heating and geting the blood moving sure.
RustyhookerBoom! Heat and bloodflow. Elevate for swelling. Ricebags work nice
