+ 14 BREATHING PROBLEMS
Ok so I had some fun the past 3 days trying to breathe. Yeah, fun! I like to spread a lot of my personal experience and reading on here and sometimes I get so caught up in it I forget to follow some of my own tips and some of the great tips I've learned her from you guys.
This is one I want to share for serious health reasons and while I may talk about keeping the water off I may have never really talked about how important it is outside of the bp issue. Important in and of itself but further implications make it all the more important.
First up let me say, had I been a newb friday I would have been in the ER as I was many times in the early days. Before I tell you my story here let me say this, if you are struggling to breathe or having serious bp issues or have signs there is something very wrong, get to an ER. It may be a simple thing but there you get to find out and are surrounded by people that can save you if shit goes ugly!
Alright my story, Friday I began having difficulty breathing, really tough to perform my daily tasks and I knew it was a surge of water combined with the already negative effect of tren on cardio. So I hop on the AI, should have days before, and start increasing water and cutting salt. Not enough, kept coming. By saturday breathing was difficult enough I could not do simple tasks without being ass kicked. Bp is elevated but not crazy so I know my paricardium has excess water from the water retention. For those that don't know, the paricardium is a sack of fluid around your heart. A lubricant in some ways and with the proper amount of fluid in it the heart is not constricted and pumps easily. The more fluid you have on your body the more it can get and of course the more it has the tighter it is and the harder it is for the heart to beat. So by early Sunday morning I am having trouble walking without feeling like I am sprinting, literally. I know I need quick action and get to walmart for water pills and start pounding them with mega doses of water. I'm on the road all day on a trip so having to hit all the rest areas to piss! Here comes the relief. The breathing begins to improve by the piss stop...lol by last night all is good and today I will pound legs like a wild man.
The reason I share this is because so many times we don't take the things we do seriously, I'm no exception, I wait too long to handle my business on occassion and with myv experience I knew what was going on but frankly it is life threatening so I want you guys and gals to take care of yourselves. The long term implication of allowing the paricardium to have excess water over and over is the reason many body builders have an enlarged heart by the time the get older. There is no reason for us to neglect this shit, we know what to do, we know why it happens, so handle it. Drink your water religiously, cut your salt intake, take your AI when needed and eat healthy. We can spend many many years doing what we do best but health is the whole thing right? Roll safe bitchezzzzz and don't get stupid like I did...AGAIN!

Very honest and helpful + 1 I wish more people would heed warnings like this and not sluff them off! Lives are any stake.
Many times I have warned people in articles I wrote to seek medical help and not wait it out. Too many bodybuilders wait too long and think that a problem will resolve only to find out that they worsen.
We know doctors know nothing about AAS, but they do save lives when it comes to the problems that arise from the use of these substances!
Damn. I kind of miss the old bastard.
He would always help me via pm way back in day.. Was very insightful
I have heard he is still here under another username
I heard that about 9 months ago. Think avi picture might be some kind of clue.
Huh. You should pm me the name and I’ll test
Thank God for this post. I am 48 and have done a few cycles before. Last one was 15 years ago. I decided to go fairly light and I need to do things that are not harsh on liver. Test Prop and NPP. Shooting MWF 150 mls per shot.
I’ve had slight breathing problems on this cycle on and off throughout cycle. So slight it really was not a worry. Just noticed it slightly.
Yesterday everything went to hell. I literally could not walk across the room without massively gasping for air. I was trying to hide it from my wife so every time I was going to get up, even to get across the room was massively taxing.
I knew of breathing problems people have so I did a search and found this. I have Arimidex and Aromosin on hand but really was not using it. Felt fine. I really did not feel bloated. The ole nipples felt fine which is why I had it.
So I read this post in morning and start pounding water and take some water pills. I stuck with OTC water pills although I have plenty of prescription diuretics but was not sure that might be over kill.
Well it took me all day and a tremendous amount of pissing but when I woke up this morning, after getting up three times breaking records for pissing for what seemed like 5 minutes at a time, I am breathing back to normal. I am going to add Aromosin @ 12.5 eod to start and see how it goes. Will bump to 25 eod if that does not work.
Anyway, thanks for saving my life.
Ouch Brotha...When I got over 275lbs luckily I had been introduced to my sons nebulizer. I found out that just a moderate does of albuterol a day opened my lungs to a brand new world. Just like we know clen can help on occasion this machine did the trick in seconds just like an attack an asthma patient would need. Water intake great, BP monitor...YES but if you are over 250 a nebulizer is a good friend to have on the side unless you have a prescription inhaler. Just tying my shoe sin the morning became an effort and the nebulizer helped 110% I have insurance so not sure the cost if you do not!!!
Glad your oaky brother and very informative post. I learn something from you everytime you post. No wonder your a guru. + 1
Nice post brother. Glad to see that you are slightly human. Excellent info on top of it. +1 my brother from another mother.
tread-mMade it up brother just to help the masses, you know cryptonite is bout all that ever kinda gets to me "a little " when rolling it with my stacks. Lol
Thanks brother, always appreciate you and your words.
been googling these issues as im going through similar issues to u... im running 750mg of test e on my cycle.... I originally ran aromasin at 12.5 EOD but it crashed my eestro n I felt shit,.. then I upped my test from 500 to 750 mg a week. I haven't taken a AI in a month or so... and last week ive been getting not hard breathing but like a tight chest? out breath walking up stairs etc... I started my aromasin back yesterday on 12.5 mg to see if its a estro problem?
Valuable info here...thank you VERY much!
AnonI like it tread......thanks
Bump ^
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkI'm having similar problems. I'm going to have to cut the beta agonist.
I've been having the same issue the past few days, so I get on here and search for trouble breathing and BOOM I get the help I need. This is the real value of this site, forget the access to AAS. You have guys like Tread on here literally saving guys lives! Thanks brother....
tread-mIts what we all do brother, F UP and share it and hope it helps someone : )
so your lungs take in less air do to , to much water in your body ?
AnonTread Im sorry, I guess I could go google them, but whats a water pill ? Is it something that makes your body flush water ? Are they just called water pills, or do they bo by any kind of brand name ?
water pill = diuretic
Tread.... I'd like to discuss this with you. FR sent.
Damn man....I guess we shouldn't have had all those beers that weekend!!!...No seriously, gotta stay on your toes bro!!! Glad you caught that in time! ;)
sgtstedankoWhew... I miss all the fun stuff. Glad you're g2g, brother...
Hey tread thanks for this post! I have had this same issue and it scared the shit out of me. Thankfully I have some good friends who gave me good advice, but it is really good to know that you can get the kind of info here that could possibly save your life. I also agree better safe than sorry if your not sure get it checked out.
AnonHope your alright!!!
Wow Tread I'm glad to hear u r ok bro! Is it Tren that causes this issues.? Or any compound? Read it like three time before I asked LOl, some scary shit and wanna be prepared if it ever happens to me! Don't plan on runnin the devils juice Tren anytime soon!
Wow bro thats a real serious issue! Im gonna make sure to watch for this! Is there anything i can do for prevention? Will tell u wont b fukin w tren anytime soon! Will stic w NPP and TestP!
tread-mJust drink a lot of water brother and keep the salt very low and your bp and whole body will appreciate it. AI on hand always of course .
tread-mThe tren already depletes cardio/breathing some but I had a really quick surge of water over a few days from jackin up the mocus so the combination caught me off gaurd before I could get on it. I knew it was coming on just waited, and should not have! Didn't scare me too much but 20 yrs ago I would have freaked and made it way worse! Often for younger guys the panic and mind games create half the problem. Glad I'm not too young in this scenario, it was serious brother. no deep air at all, body not utilizing the oxygen I was getting, light headed, constantly breathing hard in the last 24 of it and even a simple walk to the kitchen felt like I was sprinting. I will admit it was stupid to not go to the hospital but I knew given the time I could drain this thing but its a roll of the dice in that condition. I have a strong heart througbh stress tests so I may have felt a little cocky which is really ignorance when it gets down to it. Drinking water again like I'm going off to war thougbh so lesson re-learned! Really would not have mentioned it but for a newb who had no idea what was going on trouble could be well on its waym. i guarantee if I had not had the pills and been on the AI for a couple days this would have been much worse so hoping a few newer guys gain some knowledge from it and a few vets are reminded, it can happen to us too!
great post and glad your feeling better
tread-mTbank you double M, friends to the end playa!
AnonAppreciative of this post, this is not something I have thought about at all.... Stickie please I've gotten the winded feeling recently actually ( on tren currently ) and honestly didn't know why.... But naturally pounded water somehow I guess I just knew to an extent? Hell idk. Embarrassed to say I didn't know what was causing it...
goodness gracious i dont believe ive ever witnessed tread in all serious mode. glad you posted this cuz sometimes i get winded, not as extreme as you pointed out above, but what i do notice when that happens my water intake is usually slackin. i cant say that my problem is related to yours, but now i am aware of this and i appreciate the fact that you posted it.
Sorry to hear that you went through that shit. Breathing is a big part of life.We all take it for granted until something like this happens. I have hade Sarcoidosis stage 4 for 6 years. But bodybuilding and eating healhty has made me stronger. Tren was something that I was going to say away from. But I am lucky to have very little sides from it.
Tread M Glad to hear that everything is ok. Your post are great thanks for taking your time in doing so.
Great post tread, I had breathing difficulties a few days ago. Hope you are well.
great post. i can definately relate to this....on my way to walt-mart for water pills
tread-mYeah don't go crazy with those brother, a little lube is good and normally you can handle it with your good habits and AI. This was an actual emergency but yes, nice to have on hand.
oh i know, but since my kids always drinking my water bottles is probly a good idea to have them on hand lol !!
Great info from a veteran. Yesterday and saturday I had a blood pressure headache so started slamming the water and its much better today. Only week and a half in on test tren 7 weeker so this creates great awareness for me. Thanks Tread thumbs up from me.
First off good post brother and i agree it should be a sticky!!
Second we were talking sat and you never said fuck all!!
Third we are family man we could have sorted this you got me panicing when i read this we could have nailed this earlier without suffering, i am a stubborn bastard also if this had been me you would have kicked my ass.
tread-mLol...I know brother. I'm one of those guys that keeps things that will scare people to myself, you have enough shit to think about! Lol i didn't even tell the wife until it was nearly over. She kinda reacted like you! : / i knew the score brother and knew what needed to be done just being a dumb ass but I'm on it trust me...like paint! Thanks bro
Its like this bro i am the lucky brother that actually knows what BIG T looks like in the flesh baby!! at your size and awesome vascularity you cannot afford to lay low with this type of problem, you will be running like a well oiled machine problems hit fast when in that sort of condition and need swift treatment.
Ohh and could you send the wife back home please bro youve had her all weekend and i am missing her big time LOL.........LOL
tread-mI'll send both of them, THEY HIT IT OFF GOOD BROTHER! SWEET! LOL...
NICE bro i am pretty hungry right now for some lady meat Hahahahh....cant wait
tread-mYou're not even gonna need the A-1 here brother, this is all prime! I'd definately recommend a carb load before you hit that airport though, I'm just sayin....
Ohhhh man ima trembling thinking about the pleasures ahead Hhhhmm
will have her back in TX for weekend bro is that OK hitting the sweet potato as we speak.....
tread-mPerfect! Sprinkle a little proviron on those sweet potatoes, beautiful garnish! Lmao
Just more and more useful helpful info from the man. Thanks , you guys make us all better.
great post think names should be changed to "Breathing Problems" and a thumb tack put in it
tread-mBOOM!...not sure about a tac but everyone should get a read on it I agree.
