+ 14 BREATHING PROBLEMS

ad

Ok so I had some fun the past 3 days trying to breathe. Yeah, fun! I like to spread a lot of my personal experience and reading on here and sometimes I get so caught up in it I forget to follow some of my own tips and some of the great tips I've learned her from you guys.
This is one I want to share for serious health reasons and while I may talk about keeping the water off I may have never really talked about how important it is outside of the bp issue. Important in and of itself but further implications make it all the more important.
First up let me say, had I been a newb friday I would have been in the ER as I was many times in the early days. Before I tell you my story here let me say this, if you are struggling to breathe or having serious bp issues or have signs there is something very wrong, get to an ER. It may be a simple thing but there you get to find out and are surrounded by people that can save you if shit goes ugly!
Alright my story, Friday I began having difficulty breathing, really tough to perform my daily tasks and I knew it was a surge of water combined with the already negative effect of tren on cardio. So I hop on the AI, should have days before, and start increasing water and cutting salt. Not enough, kept coming. By saturday breathing was difficult enough I could not do simple tasks without being ass kicked. Bp is elevated but not crazy so I know my paricardium has excess water from the water retention. For those that don't know, the paricardium is a sack of fluid around your heart. A lubricant in some ways and with the proper amount of fluid in it the heart is not constricted and pumps easily. The more fluid you have on your body the more it can get and of course the more it has the tighter it is and the harder it is for the heart to beat. So by early Sunday morning I am having trouble walking without feeling like I am sprinting, literally. I know I need quick action and get to walmart for water pills and start pounding them with mega doses of water. I'm on the road all day on a trip so having to hit all the rest areas to piss! Here comes the relief. The breathing begins to improve by the piss stop...lol by last night all is good and today I will pound legs like a wild man.
The reason I share this is because so many times we don't take the things we do seriously, I'm no exception, I wait too long to handle my business on occassion and with myv experience I knew what was going on but frankly it is life threatening so I want you guys and gals to take care of yourselves. The long term implication of allowing the paricardium to have excess water over and over is the reason many body builders have an enlarged heart by the time the get older. There is no reason for us to neglect this shit, we know what to do, we know why it happens, so handle it. Drink your water religiously, cut your salt intake, take your AI when needed and eat healthy. We can spend many many years doing what we do best but health is the whole thing right? Roll safe bitchezzzzz and don't get stupid like I did...AGAIN!

Very honest and helpful + 1 I wish more people would heed warnings like this and not sluff them off! Lives are any stake.

Many times I have warned people in articles I wrote to seek medical help and not wait it out. Too many bodybuilders wait too long and think that a problem will resolve only to find out that they worsen.

We know doctors know nothing about AAS, but they do save lives when it comes to the problems that arise from the use of these substances!

Thank God for this post. I am 48 and have done a few cycles before. Last one was 15 years ago. I decided to go fairly light and I need to do things that are not harsh on liver. Test Prop and NPP. Shooting MWF 150 mls per shot.

I’ve had slight breathing problems on this cycle on and off throughout cycle. So slight it really was not a worry. Just noticed it slightly.

Yesterday everything went to hell. I literally could not walk across the room without massively gasping for air. I was trying to hide it from my wife so every time I was going to get up, even to get across the room was massively taxing.

I knew of breathing problems people have so I did a search and found this. I have Arimidex and Aromosin on hand but really was not using it. Felt fine. I really did not feel bloated. The ole nipples felt fine which is why I had it.

So I read this post in morning and start pounding water and take some water pills. I stuck with OTC water pills although I have plenty of prescription diuretics but was not sure that might be over kill.

Well it took me all day and a tremendous amount of pissing but when I woke up this morning, after getting up three times breaking records for pissing for what seemed like 5 minutes at a time, I am breathing back to normal. I am going to add Aromosin @ 12.5 eod to start and see how it goes. Will bump to 25 eod if that does not work.

Anyway, thanks for saving my life.

Ouch Brotha...When I got over 275lbs luckily I had been introduced to my sons nebulizer. I found out that just a moderate does of albuterol a day opened my lungs to a brand new world. Just like we know clen can help on occasion this machine did the trick in seconds just like an attack an asthma patient would need. Water intake great, BP monitor...YES but if you are over 250 a nebulizer is a good friend to have on the side unless you have a prescription inhaler. Just tying my shoe sin the morning became an effort and the nebulizer helped 110% I have insurance so not sure the cost if you do not!!!

I originally ran aromasin at 12.5 EOD but it crashed my eestro n I felt shit,.. then I upped my test from 500 to 750 mg a week. I haven't taken a AI in a month or so... and last week ive been getting not hard breathing but like a tight chest? out breath walking up stairs etc... I started my aromasin back yesterday on 12.5 mg to see if its a estro problem?

WashingtonsGreedy's picture

goodness gracious i dont believe ive ever witnessed tread in all serious mode. glad you posted this cuz sometimes i get winded, not as extreme as you pointed out above, but what i do notice when that happens my water intake is usually slackin. i cant say that my problem is related to yours, but now i am aware of this and i appreciate the fact that you posted it.

mastercommand's picture

Sorry to hear that you went through that shit. Breathing is a big part of life.We all take it for granted until something like this happens. I have hade Sarcoidosis stage 4 for 6 years. But bodybuilding and eating healhty has made me stronger. Tren was something that I was going to say away from. But I am lucky to have very little sides from it.
Tread M Glad to hear that everything is ok. Your post are great thanks for taking your time in doing so.
