+ 14 BREATHING PROBLEMS
Ok so I had some fun the past 3 days trying to breathe. Yeah, fun! I like to spread a lot of my personal experience and reading on here and sometimes I get so caught up in it I forget to follow some of my own tips and some of the great tips I've learned her from you guys.
This is one I want to share for serious health reasons and while I may talk about keeping the water off I may have never really talked about how important it is outside of the bp issue. Important in and of itself but further implications make it all the more important.
First up let me say, had I been a newb friday I would have been in the ER as I was many times in the early days. Before I tell you my story here let me say this, if you are struggling to breathe or having serious bp issues or have signs there is something very wrong, get to an ER. It may be a simple thing but there you get to find out and are surrounded by people that can save you if shit goes ugly!
Alright my story, Friday I began having difficulty breathing, really tough to perform my daily tasks and I knew it was a surge of water combined with the already negative effect of tren on cardio. So I hop on the AI, should have days before, and start increasing water and cutting salt. Not enough, kept coming. By saturday breathing was difficult enough I could not do simple tasks without being ass kicked. Bp is elevated but not crazy so I know my paricardium has excess water from the water retention. For those that don't know, the paricardium is a sack of fluid around your heart. A lubricant in some ways and with the proper amount of fluid in it the heart is not constricted and pumps easily. The more fluid you have on your body the more it can get and of course the more it has the tighter it is and the harder it is for the heart to beat. So by early Sunday morning I am having trouble walking without feeling like I am sprinting, literally. I know I need quick action and get to walmart for water pills and start pounding them with mega doses of water. I'm on the road all day on a trip so having to hit all the rest areas to piss! Here comes the relief. The breathing begins to improve by the piss stop...lol by last night all is good and today I will pound legs like a wild man.
The reason I share this is because so many times we don't take the things we do seriously, I'm no exception, I wait too long to handle my business on occassion and with myv experience I knew what was going on but frankly it is life threatening so I want you guys and gals to take care of yourselves. The long term implication of allowing the paricardium to have excess water over and over is the reason many body builders have an enlarged heart by the time the get older. There is no reason for us to neglect this shit, we know what to do, we know why it happens, so handle it. Drink your water religiously, cut your salt intake, take your AI when needed and eat healthy. We can spend many many years doing what we do best but health is the whole thing right? Roll safe bitchezzzzz and don't get stupid like I did...AGAIN!

HardLuck13Great post and Thanks for sharing! I hope some noob sees this and realizes that even a Guru can have issues.
The key is to do homework and read every piece of info we can get our hands on. So that way if something comes up like this we know what to do.
tread-mI grew up around guns and shooting and my Dad always taught us the importance of "being afraid of them". He always said the fear is respect and when you stop respecting them is when the get you! Gear is no different, we have to respect that fact that this stuffs not GNC bs, these are drugs with serious implications. You are very right brother and maybe I am more vulnerable thinking I have seen it all than a new guy that is scared shitless and looks for symptons in a more paranoid way!
