+ 3 boosters

ad

After spending, litterally all day reading and studying the posts on this page I have come the conclusion that I have a number of issues to attend to with my training. The info on this page is unmatched to anything I have ever come across... I dont think that until I revamp my training and eating habits I'm not going to be ready to use AAS. I would like to ask what you opinions are on test boosters though... I have heard many times that theyaren't worth it but I have come across some reviews that say they are good... opinions?

aww c'mon guys all the pros in the magazines promise I'll look like them if I take these supplements, lmfao. what ever money you used to spend on these supps, protein supp excluded, put it with your grocery expense and start watching the gains come. I'd pass on those pre-workouts too, tried most all of them and the benefits (if any) don't outweigh the expense.

I think I have tried just about every so called test booster out there. I actually conducted my own experiments to see if they were having any positive effect. The outcome I was looking for was increases in lean body mass. I would take the test booster according to directions for a month and log my weight and BF% before and after. I can unequivocally say the only effect they had was to make my wallet lighter. All of them garbage. Money is better spent on food.

And I agree to 110%, but I still wanna ask questions as a second opinion, so I know 110% that I am making the right choices.

+1 for your wise decision, hard leg workouts will boost test levels. Anything with tibulis. Jay cutler has a good booster in his bpi line. Isoflavones are probably a better choice with some creatine

The best test booster you can get is a good diet combined with ~8 hours of good deep sleep and exercise. All those OTC things are pretty much a waste of money. You could look into ZMA to take a night before bed, but don't think of it as a test booster its more of a simple zinc/magnesium supplement. You really only need some protein powder and a multi vitamin. Creatine can help but if you have a good diet it will mostly go unused.

As far as diet is concerned make sure you are getting plenty of protein (around 1.5g per pound), make sure you are loading up on those complex carbs but the amount really varies with carbs depending on your goals and make sure you are getting good fats.

I agree with the following posts. They're not worth the money at all, by any means. It's another supplement scheme to squeeze more money out of people. I would save that money for some test or spend it on food. Spending money on food is never a bad investment. At the end of the day, training and juice aside, If you dont have a solid diet might as well not bother with the other two. Granted you wont get big without training either....

The point I'm making is don't waste your money that route, spend it on food or save for a cycle.

A lot of guys believe in DAA. It's pretty darn cheap, like creatine, so it's an inexpensive experiment to see if you get a little boost.

I think they are bullshit. Nick wright did a review on some and he's even sponsored by a company that gives him free test boosters. For the amount they cost and how little they do I don't think they are worth it. The amount it would change compared to training without it is so small. I mean it's there but barely. Just save the money towards your first cycle.
