Blood work
ad
Sorry if the question is redundant. I skimmed through a lot of the forums and didnf see it
I'm getting bloods done tomorrow, about 4 weeks left on my cycle. What type of blood panel do I ask them to run?

ANy testosterone test in LC/MSMS does not cap. The Hormone Panel for Females from labsmd.com is tested in LC/MSMS and will give you a true number. The one at labcorp is tested in ECLIA which caps at 1500. But there have been guys who got blood test from labcorp in FL and it showed a true number. Think it's got something to do with their state law on testing. Labsmd uses Quest Diagnotics. Hormone Panel for females 72.99
Privatemdlabs.com Hormone Panel with F&T Testosterone LC/MS-MS $103.99 with 15% off coupon it's 88.40 Use coupon code J3FCP8 at checkout
These are the tests we use as they are the least expensive and give you the most bang for the buck.

Thanks so much bro, really appreciate it
Sweet brother thanks for the info.
I'm going to Lab Corp. I'll ask them. I'll be honest with them, I have no problem. So female hormone panel with test results no limit. I need exact number. It's going to be up there for sure.
this is the one I got for my mid cycle bloods. Testosterone, Free, Equilibrium Ultrafiltration With Total Testosterone, LC/MS-MS. female hormone panel maxes out at 1500, this measure the actual number.
Hey brother, can you help me out once again. Went to LabCorp, they won't do it without a pre-paid order. Told me to go on Directlabs.com, pick what I want, pay online and they will send the order to Labcorp. Huge menu to choose form. These are 3 different hormone panels of many panels they do. Price goes up quite a bit from first to third, but whatever, I need it done. If you don't mind look at these and tell me which one I need. I appreciate it a lot.
Andropause panel includes Testosterone Total & Free, Insulin, Estradiol, Follicle-stimulating Hormone (FHS) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Dehydroepiandrosterone Sulfate (DHEA,s), Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

I ordered mine through private md labs so I am not sure if there is a difference. If you don't mind me asking what state are you in? It looks like the closest one to what I got is the second one. Im not 100% sure though and would hate to steer you wrong. I reached out to cryhavoc, look him up, he is brilliant when it comes to bloods. I hope this helps you man, sorry I wasn't able to get you the answer you were looking for. Send me a FR, if you need anything else brother.
I will get with him and I appreciate all your help. I'm in Florida
No problem brother, sorry I couldn't get you the exact answer. Im in South Carolina and use private lab md, not sure is there is a difference between the two.
Great, thanks.
AnonSomeone correct me if I'm wrong but I think you need one that uses lc/ms to measure test levels if you don't want the test number to max out at 1500.
Edit: I stand corrected. Listen to the guys above, I forgot that the FHP maxes out at 1500... Can anyone confirm if this is accross the board or with only a specific blood testing company? I remember getting a female panel and having an actual number, but this was a few cycles back (I get them done through my doctor, it's pricier but I have my reasons).
AnonI use labsmd female panel and it didn't cap out. I think privatemedlabs might cap at 1500. Don't quote me on that, or I'll kill you. ;-P
I think I used to use labsmd as well, it gave me a number above 1500... Had to drive out to a lab out of state though
You are right about both. Except there are a few labs down here in the south for privatemdlabs(like the one I have been to) that actually give the number above 1500 but there are very few of those.
