let's clarify the difference between Ugl and Licensed pharma grade manufacturers.

Ugl= Underground laboratory means that they produce sell and distribute steroids illegally...why?? because worldwide governments established that steroids are drugs.Drugs are substances that must be produced under supervision,controls and regolamentation of government authority or minister of health. Ugl are totally illegal No goverment agency has released authorization to sell or produce drugs and no agency controls what international standards they use in producing steroids...no control means you can do what you want...is it clear ?????...all is totally illegal...is like to sell cocaine ...who can give you permission to sell...who can verify what standard you are using in producing cocaine...

Pharma grade company = Manufacturer that have got permission to produce and sell drugs by local goverment. Government agency verifies and controls that manufacturer respect local or international standards - British Pharmacopea BP or United States Pharmacopea USP (FDA)- in terms of purity, sterility, dosage etc..

A Pharma Grade Manufacturer such as Balkan Pharmaceuticals means that it is licensed and certified by local government hence it is authorized to produce and sell drugs only in Republic of Moldova. Why?...Because before a manufacturer can sell its products worlwide it must be authorized by an international agency. In this case Balkan can't sell its product legally in Europe because European Commission of health hasn't given permission. But they can sell legally theirs products in that countries where they have obtained authorization. Actually they sell legally in Moldova, Ukraine, CSI nations.
When you buy products from an ugl you have no safety. It is like buying cocaine in the streeets from a pusher. How do you know what you are paying for?
Eurochem, Prochem, Lixus, Genesis, Brithish Dragon, Axiolabs,Ram...I don't remember all ugl..are Illegal laboratory that sells unlawful products without supervision or control...
Geofman, Balkan Pharmaceuticals, Alphapharma, Asia pharma are pharma grade manufacturer because they have obtained authorization and license by local government authority (not international authorizationt)that verify and control standard of production cycle in terms of purity, dosage, sterility...they can sell legally in the nations that have released permission...
From now on if you want to buy a better quality products you know what manufacturers have the best standards.

possibly as they are only registered to sell in Moldova, which a euro country not in the EEC as yet, this may mean they are not governed by the same manufacturing (FDA) approvals. I haven't read it all but didn't FDA on the home page info. As i understand it this is why some others labs are put in the same class as BP
