Don't risk it by trying accutane unless you go to a dermatologists and they prefer it.

Hey bro I get acne all the time. Not just pimples like boils that take a month or two to go away. Honestly I learned that taking a low dose of a AI really helps with my skin. I also take salt baths. Epsom or sea salt. Spot treatments work to take away redness which makes them less noticeable. I've had my go with the cyclines and I was was never really impressed. You have to stay out of sunlight and you can't eat certain things that are essential to build your muscles. F that shit. Good luck bro.

I just got prescribed some accutane starting in December. According to my Doc it puts very high stress on liver and kidneys. Being on 40 mg ED my skin is dry lips are always chapped. These are my only real sides. That being said it is the only thing that has worked for me. The real big issue about it seems to be is pregnant woman on it have some real horror story deformed babies.

I am having a lot on my shoulders and I haven't even cycled yet. I'm clear on my face. Chest. But my shoulders and back break out all the time. I'm trying my ass off to find a way. Tanning a shit ton is the only way I can get rid of it. And try this stuff at Walmart it's by equate and it's a 10% benZo peroxide bar of soap it's like five bucks. Lasts a while.

Tyrant sells a acne control kit type thing I thought about trying. I don't get bad acne, but I always have a back break out right at the end of my cycles. I'll be clear the whole time then right before I'm about to get off I start breaking out on my back, shoulders, chest areas. It goes away. I thought about running a very low dose of accutane. 10mg eod type dose.

My brother suffered from bad acne everywhere. They gave him accutane when it first came out and were running him at like 80mg a day or more. He had awful issues and it gave him IBS. Put him in the hospital for awhile. That is what scares me about it. I justify my intentions with the low dose, but I wonder if it is worth it… Haven't tried it yet, but have thought about it for sure. Its a hard thing to deal with man, good luck. certain compounds and pct seem to trigger it for me.. i use the prescribed doxycycline on cycle just 1 a day though, and currently i use PanOxyl foam 2x a day to keep my arms nice and try..they prescribed me prescription ba scrub but this is way better, but do not tan after using the product it messes your skin up bad. keep skin oil-free if possible, uses wipes, never wear shirt in the gym either

Also acne is a sign that your estro is outta whack bump your ai some and see what that does. I only get acne in pct unless my estro is high then I get those huge painful ones

I had the same issue for the last 15 years and finally bought a retinoid creme called tazorac, got it from a site on Eroids. (PM me if you need the source) At first it made everything horrendous and I almost gave up, but after 2-3 months it all went away, and my skin is the best it's ever been (minus the heavy scarring).
Give it a try before u jump on accutane, like Wu Tang Clan, that stuff ain't nothing to fuck with.

Have you tried Isotretinoin (Accutane)? By far the best acne medicine hands down... BUT VERY potent stuff! Side effects most common are extremely dry skin in the early stages as well as chapped lips even with 5gallons of Chapstick lol
