Anabolic/Androgenic Ratios

I was wondering if someone could help me better understand this.
I was looking at a list of ratios for different types of gear and to me some of it made no sense to what I previously thought.
Why would winstrol have an Anabolic/Androgenic ratio or 320/30 and anavar have 322-630/24?
Shouldn't it be the other way around and those two being higher in androgen?

What I'm failing to see is that wouldn't an anabolic give you more mass gains than an androgen? Then androgens give you more strength gains. I know there are more mass gains with test and deca. I just don't see how winny or anavar could be more anabolic than test and deca.

Test is 100/100 equal in anabolic effect and androgenic effect. You are right about winny and anavar they both have a higher anabolic effect than androgenic.This is why women can use these compounds with minimal androgenic effects. The anabolic effect is what makes you muscles grow and the androgenic effects will give you a more defined harder look. You need both to make gains that is why test is the best choice because it has an equal ratio.
