accidently missed a pin should i skip a day?

im taking 1g of sus250 a week and i accidently missed a pin yesterday for my eod shots which i take everynight. should i shoot today and 2mrw? or should i just wait and shoot 2mrw?. is that a big deal?

AnonCany you just pin now and adjust your schedule to be EOD from now on ? I imagine you really could do either way. Skipping one dsay is going to be a minimal drop and you'll be back up right away. Just seems like no biggie either way you go.

Pin today, then back to eod so you effectively just delayed 1 pin by a day.

Yes, pin today then Friday then Sunday etc. following eod protocol. You'll be fine, very minor disruption to your levels.
