+ 1 -18g vs 23g For Drawing-
I wanted to make this post to finally get a correct answer to what is the right way to draw your oil and safest. I originally drew up my gear with a 23g needle but now that make cycle consist of two different compounds I find the 23g does not work since you have to pull it back to create suction. Yes it is possible to do it but I find it very difficult to measure it correctly. So I have been using a 18g and this has made my life much much easier but this is where my problem comes in. I have read numerous times that this is an unsanitary method since using the 18g can cut pieces of the stopper in your oil. This has not happened to me but I have seen pics posted and heard people talk about it happening to them. What is the overall opinion on the right practice while drawing your gear up. From what I have come to learn I am leaning towards getting 22g needles and using that for drawing.

You guys all use needles and draw it out of the vial? I just cut the rubber stopper out and pour the oil into the back end of the syringe. You guys are weird.

It's all about personal preference brother... Sometimes, I just draw and pin with same 23 ga needle, but most of the time I use a 18 ga for drawing and a 25 ga for pinning... although I have pinned glute with 18 ga... looked like a murder scene.
OUCH! I couldn't imagine using the 18g. I was using the 22g to pin from the feed store when I 1st started out and I thought they were bad after I switched to a 25g
yeah I started with a 23ga and work my way down... just because someone gave me them, other than that bro, I would still be pining 23ga... yeah that 18ga hurt dude... i was halfway asleep getting ready for cardio and then I got harpooned. LMAO
Prez, lot's of folk down at the bottom that I admire and trust use a smaller needle. I've always used an 18g to draw and I have yet to mess up a stopper and get rubber in my gear. I know what it is - I must have the Midas touch - but I'm glad my vials and contents don't turn into gold . . . LOL

I use a 20g needle works great for me.
I use a 22g to draw with. Have had no problems drawing multiple compounds with it. I was using a 25 gauge but that was taking forever.
Lol it really does take forever to draw with a 25g. I ran out of 21s last week and had to draw with a 25 a few times an it sucked so bad.
I know bro it seems to take like a full minute to draw out 1ml!
Get a hair dryer and warm the vial up for about 10 seconds and draw with a 22g. Its just like oil in a car the warmer the oil the better it flows (viscosity). 18g is to big even though its faster.
I use a 21g. It's big enough that it doesnt take forever but still pretty small so it doesn't fuck up the rubber stopper from repeated use.
RustyhookerId use as small as possible and be patient.
X2, 22 for me, anything bigger tears the stopper up.
