cant leave comment on certain sites

I dont know if i did or said something wrong but i cant leave comments on certain sites. it happened after i ask about delivery times. i didn't ask about exact locations or amount just ETA. If i didnt something wrong please let me know what it was and it wont happen again. I am new to this forum and i have only dealt with Naps(4 times) before finding this site. just looking for something better because of the summer problems they had. thanks

ok my bad won't happen again, should have paid more attention to the rules. how long until i can get back on?
he is saying to leave a review you have to use a 120 min before it will let you save it. Or are you saying you cant comment on other forums?
