Hi,
Who can I contact about a banned account, no notice or reason behind it and would like to understand why so as to not repeat steps that led to the ban?

READ THE RULES
Looking at both of your accounts, it looks like you created this one within a month of the other one.
You are only allowed 1 account!
You're lucky BFG only banned one account... I would have banned both.
THE NUMBER ONE RULE:
1) Registering a Username
DO NOT Register more than one username, or you might be a candidate for a ban. This is necessary to prevent multiple identical accounts voting and commenting on the same source!
Anyone who creates an account in error or wants to change the name needs to contact a MOD to delete the duplicate account or a valid reason that justifies a name change.
Thanks for clarifying.
One was created where I forgot the details and only used the one thereafter when it came to reviews and or commenting on the site.
My active account was deleted but I'll take that on the chin, apologies.
