Just looking for feedback

I am wanting to know if there is anyone over 50 that would share their experience with HGH for anti-aging or overall wellness. Just to pick up a few years. Someone that has experience with low dosage maybe 2 to 3 iu a day and their results?
Much Appreciated

I really Appreciate all of the comments. I am going to take all the advice I can to heart. This site so far is a wealth of knowledge.
Tuna!
AnonI have heard 2iu's 5 days a week (Monday thro Friday) is a good place to start for "anti-aging."
Research lots. Bloods. Buy a cheap glucose monitor and check your blood sugar while running it.
My experience with HGH is somewhat limited. I ran it at a low dosage (didn't keep notes) years ago during physical therapy starting as soon as my injury was no longer immobilized. I knew thro others that I could use it during physical therapy. And I regained 100% range of motion, which was not expected given the severity of my injury. I had surgery to reconnect tendons. After surgery I was popping pain killers before going to physical therapy. There was some cracking and ripping sounds as my hand specialist got my hand moving again. Scar tissue breaking lose. The hand specialist would heat my hand up in a machine full of corn cob particles and hot air blowing around, then start bending it all around, wrap it with tape in a bent position tightly until the pain was unbearable, rub the knuckles hard with a rubber mallet, test my grip strength periodically as I regained motion. It was basically torture lol but he did say I healed better than anyone he had ever seen. And those extensor tendons and knots (internal rubberized stitches in the tendons I think) glide freely over the palmar ligaments at the MCP without issue today. I can beat on a bag or do knuckle pushups no problem. I do credit HGH as helping me recover from that years ago.
Edit: if you run HGH make the most of it. If you got an old injury that could use some rehab exercises then do the exercises while running that HGH. Be ready and make the most of things.
I agree with the rustyhooker. Bloodwork would be a good start. If you’re low it could be beneficial to run HGH or perhaps some MK-677 (ibutamoren). MK is a growth hormone secretagogue which isn’t known to cause down regulation of gh. That means you can stop at any time without a negative long-term effect on your natural levels. It’s drawback is water retention and fatigue. The fatigue can be mitigated somewhat with administration protocol. The water retention also helps your joints feel good similar to Deca.
RustyhookerThe questions you ask imo.... MUST ....come with getting your igf tested first. I had no interest in hgh whatsoever til i found out my natty level was at the very bottom of normal. Get that done first so youre using real science to map out your own findings.
Hgh is expensive and it is not magic. Meaning....if you do a basic test cycle and add 8lbs in 12 weeks, thats excellent! Hgh is slow and more of natural feeling. The benefits ive seen is i sleep better, lil better recovery post workout and damn fingernails grow insanely fast. If youre not 100% invested in gym, food and lifestyle then ALL youre gonna get is better sleep.
Live the life or waste your funds
Trt? Bloods consistant? Gym consistant? Eating well or crappy? Cycle roids?
Minetgood points rusty!
