How do I write a review or vote?

I want to write a review and vote on a supplier, but I don't see a button or a link anywhere to perform this function. I'm logged in, I can see reviews, but where do I click to post a review of my own? It's not under the drop down Submit menu, and I don't see a button when I have the supplier's reviews open. Rating, Info, Who Voted?, and Statistics Tabs, and underneath there's the Page Number Controls.
I know I'm just missing something that's right under my nose, but could someone please help me?

Nasty81NateJust contribute and your rating should go up, thats what I've been trying to do. Commenting on the stuff I know about and not putting bs up here.
Nevermind, I figured out that my karma is not high enough to have my voting widget enabled. :(.
