Diet thread
ad
I know we have "what's for dinner" (which has a certain randomness to it) but there seems to be a (positive) trend to be posting entire daily diets. Maybe it would make sense to dedicate a thread, that way ppl can reference or C&P links as opposed to taking the time and thought into a full page post only to have it lost in 3 days then have do it all over again a week later
...just a thought

AnonHey hllwd, I definitely am in agreement w/ that. A section dedicated to a combination of daily meals would be extremely helpful. I have never gave much attention to my diet but realize now how essential it is in achieving the results I want. Personally I, just began to experiment w/ different foods to try and maintain a somewhat adequate consistency in my carbs and protein intake. It'd be good to have some examples of meals from those who are successful and also to exchange different ideas about food combinations. Some of these diets can be costly to maintain and hard to commit to. A lot has to be prepped in advance. So with a section such as this we could also explore inexpensive ways in how to prepare meals while achieving the same success.
I'm already on it bro. I am pushing the soldiers to make a concerted effort in the diet realm. Cdaddy superDbag and a couple of otters I have asked to make it a priority. We are a site who's Experienced members always say Diet Diet Diet. But we never are in the Diet section. Honestly we need a totally new Diet Forum added to what is already there. There are lots of important topics that get passed over because that forum is almost entirely neglected by the majority of the members. It's the next phase of Eroids if we want to develop our Sites collective IQ. Hell bro I was the one who got Supernova to write about food myths. I have the PMs to prove it. If that doesn't prove how desperate I am to get some activity in that forum I don't know what else to say. It'a natural progression to expand our Site and advance our members collective IQ. I support it 100%
I don't know man, I included Diet and Training tables in cycle logs, not many people even bother to add those to their logs. Considering the importance of those two aspects in this sport, it's kind of sad really. Looks like the majority just wants to buy cheap roids here...
Now that you made me think about it, I'll probably make the initiative
I think perhaps the members just don't truly know how to eat. It's not out of lack of desire but lack of exposure to information. AAS use unfortunately is a huge cog in the development of true physical fitness and Bodybuilding. Yes I know I am not a bodybuilder but listen to any of them talk about diet. They could teach whole entire seminars on diet and macros. If we expose the site to proven ideas and practices we only upgrade our members. BFG you have created the finest AAS review siteon the web IMO and I know you have stated that we are not a Bodybuilding site but Diet isn't exclusive to bodybuilding. It's vital to every human being who values their physique and overall health and well being. There are so many possibilities to what can be included in this kind of forum. We have a varied member base with varied life experiences with all different kinda of goals and health conditions. If we push participation IMO it can only help improve every single members quality of life. That's my humble opinion.
Brother I'm no bodybuilder either but the changes I have made in my diet this past year has allowed me to transform. No longer am I the eat, jab, lift, repeat kind of juicer. I really had no idea that I wasn't getting the optimal results from my cycles. And I agree, I think most of our members simply don't know what they don't know
Look how long it took to train the knuckleheads in SI and reviews? Have to consider the crowd were working with... LOL
(No offense fellas... Just saying)
