+ 4 beginners guide

ad

so im sure this is posted on here a million times however the new comers seem to have difficulty finding it or are just to lazy to dig and find it. so im going to post it to try and help the beginners stay as safe as possible

theres a few things that in my opinion are very important to consider and to keep in mind before even thinking about running a cycle. this should go without saying but these hormones are nothing to play around with and they are by no means a joke!!

  1. you need to make sure you are of age to even consider running a cycle, we say this for a reason. the age is at least 25. the reason for that is your hpta may not be fully developed yet and if you start pinning before it is you could spend the rest of your life shoving a pin in your ass.

  2. research research research!! know the compounds, know what they do, know the half lives, know the side effects, KNOW EVERYTHING. you dont wanna start a cycle and put your system on a roller coaster ride. you dont wanna start a cycle and have some side effects that you wont know how to combat.... RESEARCH!!!

  3. this to me is very important. know where and when to get bloods drawn. the rule is bloodwork before the cycle to know baselines and if youre overall healthy, 4 weeks into cycle (for the cycle imma lay out later) and post PCT bloodwork to make sure things have returned to normal. i cant stress this enough you have to know if everything is going as planned and if adjustments need to be made and all that. this is how you find out!!!

so now those to me are the top 3 things that absolutely can not be skipped or put on the back burner.

so now imma get into thr hardware things you need for the cycle

  1. pins. you need to make sure you have enough pins for the cycle plus some in case of mistakes. you need the syringe with the draw needle and you need a sperate needle for the injection itself. some people say this isnt really needed but fuck that yes it is. and imma explain why in a minute.

  2. alcohol pads... lots of em. 1 thing i am a hardass about is sterility last thing you need is an infection that can possibly kill you!!! so on days youre punning get three pads, one for the vial one for your skin and one after the injection may sound like overkill but septicemia is a real thing that can kill you so better safe than sorry. reaaon for a inject pin is for more sterility

  3. cotton balls. duhhh do i need to explain this one?

  4. a proper container to dispose of used needles... come on they are cheap and you can buy em from walmart do be stingy!

so that pretty much covers the hardware now the good stuff, the gear. alot of people propose a crazy first cycle with exotic compounds such as tren and deca... absolutely fucking not!! look you are new to this theres no reason to try and use multiple compounds it will do more harm than good. plus you have no idea what your body is going to do with each of those compounds so why have more than 1? you wont know which one is fucking you up to begin with. stick to good ole testosterone. either cypionate or enanthate. no prop no sust, reason being those require frequent injections and all thats going to do is complicate something you are new at and open the door for error. Cyp and enanthate are 2x a week Monday Thursday done!!

so how long and what dosage should you run it at? easy standard dosage and run time for 1st time cycle is 10 weeks at 500 mg a week.

what i mentioned above is perfect

weeks 1-10
500 mg test cyp a week
250 Monday
250 thursday.

this is perfect for this compound it keeps things nice and steady and its 2 pins and you're done.

now while doing this you need to make sure all your ducks are in a row in case sides appear like estro sides. do not i repeat dont not wait until you start to have sides to order drugs to combat sides!!! make sure you have them before you start. things like adex or aromasin which one is preference or what works best for the individual i use adex cause it can be taken less frequently which makes it easier but the point is have it before you start!!

now that that is layed out lets talk about pct this is pretty basic and can be easily done. what imma layout is the standard protocol that works most of the time. this is bare minimum and should be ran exactly like this every single time without deviation.

clomid/nolva

weeks 1-2
100mg/40 mg a day

weeks 3-4
50mg/20mg a day

boom simple!!!

the point of this post is to make sure everyone stays safe and doesn't over due it. there is no reason to run 40 things on your first go and screw your body up. stick to the basics and this can be a rewarding lifestyle.

remember less is better you will hear that alot here get used to it

there are a few other things i could have listed but i stuck to what i think is the most important.

peace!!

Cotton balls? For real? I've never even bled out once.

+1, but I would suggest pinning e3.5d on long esters; i.e., Sunday AM and Wednesday PM for more stable blood levels.

If you stretch the skin after the shot it will stop that
like the reverse of a pinch, if that makes sense

I think the reason I never bleed is because I use the Z track method. The skin is stretched before the shot and then reverted after the needle is removed.

Yeah, Z track is the same thing albeit in in reverse, makes absolute sense
.....moving the skin from the inj site internally itself is the key

thata the same thing just a day back lmao

Interesting read. Couple of thoughts/criticisms....

Shouldnt be advising folks to run 4 weeks only, on such a cycle, for PCT -- 5x half life
Shouldnt be telling them never to deviate (some people become suicidal on Clomid!!)

Just a couple of thoughts for your guide; No mention of when to start PCT. No mention of HCG, No mention of time to steady state and time to bulk (No mention of diminishing returns), No mention of diet basics which I appreciate is a whole 'nother story, but timing of shots and AI's is relevant to mealtimes/workouts and sleep (No mention of sleep!!!)
Could definitely add to this by promoting thoughts on nitro balance/protein synthesis/optimising anabolism

Again a whole 'nother story, but without doubt there is an opportunity to link to a basics on training periodisation to get it to co-incide with steady-state (e.g. finish priming stage of 2 weeks or whatever at the end of day ~40 or day ~50 (approx) then into hypertrophy

Just a few thoughts really. Enjoyable read though,

A major factor overlooked by numerous people is BLOODWORK. A panel need to be done before your cycle, the point of this is:

  1. To see if your body is in healthy enough shape to even run a cycle

  2. If your body is in good enough shape, this will give you baseline values to follow trends from for your future blood panels.

The blood work needs to be done before a cycle, 5 or 6 weeks into cycle (unless you feel off, then maybe sooner) and then about 4 weeks after oct is finished.

The signs for needing blood work during cycle sooner than 6 weeks include; high blood pressure, low energy, low cognition, lowered sex drive.

The blood levels to check include CBC, metabolic panel, test, estrogen, lh and fsh.

i touched on a few of those topics didnt want to get to deep with cbc hemo and all that stuff just a couple basics
