I would not use letro for that purpose. Best way to dry out is water flush. One week out from the shoot go for 3 gallons a day. Watch your body. You hopefully will not have to cut water except maybe like 9 PM the night before and then just sip the morning of. You may at this point also take a small amount of dyazide when you go to bed and another dose when you wake up the morning of the shoot. Do not use any other diuretic besides dyazide, please.

Letro isn't gonna hurt you but it's difficult to give you an exact dose - dose runs from 1 mg eod being effective to 2.5 mg ed. Start low and watch your body. You don't want to end up with uncomfortable dry creaky joints.
