Get an at home BP monitor and check it daily. You want to be as close to 120/80 as possible.
jayiskIts important to make sure that one gets a BP machine that has a big enough arm cuff. If its too tight the reading will be off.
AnonLol is this your third profile now? Why in the world do you keep choosing Avi pics with 10lbs of dick root..it's not even you!
At least you got your age right this time..
It's not that often that the same beginners cycle gets posted 3x in a week. By members with almost identical stats..and the Avi pic of a half naked guy that weighs a buck 30..
https://www.eroids.com/cycle_logs/my-test-e-cycle
This was you wasn't it...
And before that was bluntkunt..
All 3 the same stats, same 500test cycles with basic questions indicating you actually haven't hit 25 and done enough research..
Alphamale500It's comical right bro? I caught on the other day that he certainly doesn't know what he needs to and he's just looking to be spoonfed the info he needs. He's made multiple posts where he's basically asking little by little all the necessary information to run a cycle! After I wrote a helpful comment to him, this is what he said back to me;
"am training for 4 years now, and i did alot of research and know how to run my cycle and pct."
Yeah, Lol! If that's true, then why is he asking basic questions on multiple threads that anyone involved with AAS would know? Spoonfeeding ppl like that can be very dangerous to them. I'm just trying to prevent kids/ppl from making mistakes that can affect them for the rest of their lives. If something goes out of whack with his labs, or he's feeling a certain way, he won't know how to address the situation. He might say "oh, I think I need more or this or that, or I read somewhere that a shot of this will help, or someone told me to do this", or do other shit that can really cause serious harm to himself. Smh!
Ppl can't just rely on Eroids for all the necessary information they need to run a cycle, they have to do their own research and learn shit for themselves! Otherwise it's just a recipe for something to go wrong and it could be very dangerous. There's some basic knowledge that anyone who wants to run gear needs to have, plain and simple!
AnonAbsolutely man, people think we're being a dick by highlighting all the ignorant nonsense that comes up. Jumping on testosterone at a young age is a terrible idea! Many of the people on this site can attest to that, a lot of us started too young and are now paying the price. There are many problems that can arise later in life by using or abusing steroids at a young age, it's not something to take lightly!
Another issue I've seen with guys in their early 20's or even late teens, is they actually stop lifting in a few years..your life situation changes drastically around those ages! You may settle down, get a new job, run out of money and have to work two jobs, maybe accidentally have kid? The list goes on and on for potential reasons you have to stop lifting. The problem is if you've fried your axis by using at 18, and you don't have time to lift at 23 anymore, you still have to address your hormone imbalance!
Everyone thinks they have a good handle on what the next 5-10 years has in store for them, but it just never plays out at that age. Maybe after you've settled down you can plan that far out...but at 18-25 you're just getting started..
Needles and pinning 2-7x a week is all fun and games for the first year...but then it gets tedious. You can't see that far ahead and you can't stop pinning if you're on trt.. insurance doesn't usually cover implants or creams unless you have baller insurance. Mine covers IM injection only and it's a nice plan too!
At 20 years old you have 400% of your life left. You're going to change as an individual! Your goals especially.
SMH...
High blood pressure is referred to as "the silent killer" for a reason... There probably won't be any noticeable symptoms so test it as often as possible. Test it at the same time of the day 4-5 times prior to your cycle as well to establish a baseline. Then you know how much variation can be attributed to the test
You need to test BP as many times there are no symptoms. Some peopler more sensitive to it and certain compounds like Dbol are known to be a culprit for raising it.
Alphamale500I seen the pic of yourself, and if it's really you (which I'm not doubting it is) then I think you have a good, lean physique to work with. You obviously have a long history of training, right? And you've been training consistently for the past 6-12 months? I think 500mg/wk of test COULD PRODUCE SOME GREAT RESULTS FOR YOU. Are you looking to bulk up, just add some more lean muscle or what??
Your BP shouldn't be an issue as long as you keep your diet clean, an limit your sodium intake as you said. Many ppl don't even notice they have high BP, which is why it can be so dangerous. But some symptoms of very high BP can be;
A bad headache, confusion, vision problems, chest pain and/or pounding in your chest/behind your ears, irregular heartbeat, difficulty breathing etc..
But I'm not saying whether or not you should go forward with this cycle, because I have no idea of your knowledge about running a cycle properly and safely! You can't just jump into using AAS without the necessary knowledge base. And only you know if you really have that or not. You need to know about compound half-lifes, ancillaries, PCT, possible side effects, proper injection technique, and much more!! If you don't have the sufficient knowledge needed, then don't fuck around with using AAS.
Well, here's a list of some, or all of the pertinent tests which anyone should have done when using AAS. I'm going to list these, should you have the need for them. A few of these may not be 100% necessary at this point. But I'd prefer to have everything tested that comes into play, so you know exactly where you stand internally with your bloodwork. I can't stress enough, how important it is to have frequent bloodwork done. BLOODWORK IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY WHILE USING AAS!!!

no thats not my pic, and am training for 4 years now and am looking for lean muscle.
and i did alot of research and know how to run my cycle and pct.
thankyou so much for your information man i will write those down. i really appreciate it
Alphamale500From the basic question I just seen you asking in thex PCT section, it seems like you don't know how to run your cycle!! How can you know how to run your cycle when your asking simple questions about how to control your e2 levels, and what dose of adex you should take?? You're looking to be spoonfed, that's all!!
You should always worry about high blood pressure until you test it and it isn't high. There really are no symptoms until it gets really high you might bet head aches or nose bleeds. At 500 mg/week test only cycle you shouldn't have any problem with it. At home monitors are pretty cheap. Get some hibiscus tea if it does get up a little bit. It works for me. Mine doesn't get that high usually. I can't take anadrol though. You'll have to learn what compounds you can tolerate and what you can't.
If my math is right you are 6'3" and about 170 lbs. I would worry more about getting calories in than keeping your diet clean.
yep i see now, i am trying to monitor everything to stay as safe and healthy as possible, and idk why everyone think i nees more weight, am 5"10" and 170lb
OK. My math was off. I came up with 6'3". I am 5'11" 225 lbs. and looking to put back on about 10 lbs. For me that is big but not huge. Everyone has there own goals though.
On your first cycle with 500mg/test I would eat at least 4500 cals a day minimum depending on your training and daily activity level. You can slim back up later but take advantage of what you are using while you're using it. Test will keep you fairly trim anyway.

Alphamale500You don't think with his lean physique, that he would be able to make some great gains and have great results? Especially since this is his very first cycle?
its not my picture man,is picture of zyzz i kind of like his genetics
AnonGenetics huh, that's a weird well of spelling cock..
Alphamale500Even after reading it again, it makes me crack up laughing!! Lol!!

Molinin302Check out some of my posts, I'm not a guru on the compounds but I can tell you diet is key. Very key. Diet has done more for me than prescribed BP meds. And you'll exceed your expectations.
