Hgh Dosing ED or 3D with IGF-1 LR3 or DES

Hey Everyone,

So I have seen many mixed reviews between bodybuilders, casual users and medical studies on the best time to utilize hgh.

It is generally accepted that people utilize the ED method for stable levels even though hgh is fast acting.

Others who cannot afford ED utilize EOD and sometimes the argument is made that this is less suppressing to ones natural GH.

However, recently I came across some information that HGH every 3 day is what best represents how hgh is released within young teenagers in terms of growth.

So I am curious if anyone has tried it?

I have used HGH in my past in two different cycles, one I did HGH 4ius daily for 12 months and gained a lot 6-8 lbs of lean muscle mass while eating in a deficit. Also did a 3 month cycle of 10ius per day and gained about 15-20 pounds but most was water weight without the use of an AI. Dont really know how much was water weight since I started an AAS cycle immediately anyways.

What my new cycle would look like, also would like to combine my HGH with IGF-1 LR3 (Let me know if you think 20mcg ED of IGF-1 LR3 is too low of a dose as well). Reason I chose 20mcg is that the human body on to produce about 1mcg daily of IGF-1 so I think 20mcg is a hefty amount, but I will leave this to the experts. I want to buy 2000-3000mcg of IGF-1 LR3. So if I need to bump it up to 33mcg or 50mcg daily, let me know what you think. I appreciate it!

I have 1200ius of HGH (Pharma Grade from a top source) - I have ordered from them in the past and the stuff was great! It has been sitting in my freezer for about a year now. I havent used any AAS, HGH, or Peptides since February 2018 due to numerous reasons.

I had tried to go IGF-1 LR3 in the past, I did 50mcg every day and had extreme carpel tunnel, not sure if it did any benefit, I was experimenting and only did 20 days worth.

Would either do IGF-1 LR3 or DES, honestly I havent been able to find much out DES other than people do it anywhere from 50-150 a day bi-laterally of course due to localized growth. Any thoughts on this? Any experience?

Before, I get shredded into by others, I have been cycling AAS (Test, NPP, Anavar, Tbol with HCG on cycle to prevent atrophy) and always run a PCT (Clomid/Nolva) and HGH before since I was 24 on/off, I am now 31. I am 6'1'' and 210 with about 12% bf, my abs show through but arent crazy or anything.

My goal is to gain some good lean mass and shred up a bit more, I have been down to 6% bf and I did not like that as much due to diet restrictions. I have also been at over 240 lbs and I want to get back up to 220 and be able to maintain that year round and I think this cycle will help me get there.

I'm not a big fan of Peptides, but each to their own. I feel the money is best spent on Pharma Grade HGH. Best results for me come from beginning the HGH 4 weeks before cycle and continuing t send of cycle. With Pharma HGH 4 IU's/day should be sufficient!
