DIPLOMATIC DISCREPENCY (aka- SECRECY)

ad

First of all, if you haven’t yet read this post, “SHUT THE HELL UP!”, do yourself a favor, click below and read it.

https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/shut-the-hell-up

It should go without saying, but for people who still don’t understand that post, I’ll lay it out yet again.

When posting ON THIS FORUM (or others) please BE SPECIFIC about AAS, training, diet, lifestyle, etc. Your candid sharing about successes and failures helps educate (and entertain!) all of us. Thank you.

All the while, BE GENERIC in regards to personal information that would betray your identity or that of others here. No specific names of yourself, spouses, ex spouses, children, other members of this forum, places, locations, duh. We're all strangers, yet we're all brothers and sisters here, and it’s awesome. Don’t f**k it up.

In this same vein of the above linked post, I’d like to ask members:

HOW DO YOU KEEP PRIVATE ABOUT AAS REGARDING QUESTIONS FROM REAL PEOPLE IN REAL LIFE?

I’m not just asking about the young energetic guy who comes at you in the gym with the typical enthusiastic question, “hey bro, how do you get so big?!?!” (“Get your protein! Lift hard and smart! Meal timing!”)

I’m talking about specific questions regarding AAS.

When a STRANGER asks, “where do you get your juice?”

When your PARENTS ask, “are you on steroids?”

Please share your stories, anecdotes, strategies, successes and failures regarding your “diplomatic discrepancy” when it comes to your private choice to utilize AAS, and keeping that choice private from those around you.

(After a few months of posts here, it’s my hope to reach out to those of you who would consent to letting me “summarize” your stories into one new forum topic post, obviously giving credit to each member who contributes. Having one place to learn these stories and strategies would be very useful, me thinks. It would certainly add to the amazing body of knowledge that this place represents.)

I’m grateful for how much I’ve learned here, and am grateful in advance for all of you who choose to share your stories on this thread. Cheers! -Zeus M

@Rustyhooker, thank you! I really am curious to the social component of how people react to strangers and loved ones alike who don't understand what AAS really is. I might try to revive this thread later on. There was an incredible amount of information discussed in the "wives/gfs & husbands/bfs" thread. Wow. However, I really am curious too how peeps here diplomatically discuss (or deflect discussion) with strangers, family members, etc.

I'll start. I'm a guy who has heard more secrets than I can remember, from married people confessing affairs to me, all the way to a soldier confessing a war crime to me one night in a bar when he'd had far too much to drink. I'm just not wired to talk. I don't have the "need to tell somebody" gene in my body. So...

My business partner is a great guy. He truly is my brother in life. When he's had a few to drink, he's a gossiper. "Did you know that so and so is banging so and so now?" As a result, I don't share ANY candid info with the man. He's a great lad, don't get me wrong. I'd trust him with my children, but not with my private choice to utilize AAS to reach personal goals.
