it blows me away H, I'm coming up on a year in this kick ass community, and recently received my level 1 badge, which I'm proud off btw. just can't seem to wrap my mind around those guys who show up here order a pile of gear, post pics and in 6 months time or less they are level 3. they are. kinda misleading us boss and the rest of the noobies, however for me they're easy to spot. all gear not much contribution...

Well that does nobody any good does it? I mean it isn't like we are cops and locking ppl up. We are keeping the integrity of our site in tact by doing away with the cheats among you. It doesn't really merit snitching does it? Doesn't take much to drop an anonymous pm. But I understand the school of thought. I'm from the last of the Mohicans. I guess I have a hard time seeing what's "whoring" and what's not. Several people in that promo thread got a dozen or so karma points but do not seem to be in trouble. So I'm not sure where the line is, there's a lot of BS in that thread IMO so I tried to stay out of it.
Telling a MOD makes sense, but some are acting like MODS red typing and all. It just seems like the kind of mess to avoid.

Before we had promos like this, this site was built on helping people to not get screwed over in the steroid industry while also providing information about cycles, usage, workouts, and diets. Now its built on posting pictures everyday, posting copycat information, and other randoms things JUST to get karma for these damn promos. Yes, the promos are nice and some promos deserve to go to high ranking members that will actually leave an honest review, test products, and provide their best advice. I dont know how to control this, but I have faith in the mods that they will do their best to control it.

I just wanted to add my two cents. I agree having karma does not mean u have the knowledge. If u do u have not shared it with the community. I know myself I'm still taking notes down from a lot of my eroid brothers that gave me advice mostly through pm, I'm really grateful for that, but I feel I have not learned enough to be giving others advice yet. I know I didn't have to share all this I guess pct is talking. I should've put it in my own forum appreciation for my loved ones aka my eroid brothers lol. But all jokes aside karma whoring is bad.

I get what your saying but to say the site is built on those negative things IMO is off. For example, There's guys here day in day out in the cycle logs trying their best to steer these young guys with their crazy compound cycles on the correct path, the Mods run a tighter ship than ever before keeping the place troll free, More and more sources are being forced into Mass Spec testing and wether your rank 1 or ADV if your respectful and willing to listen then 99% of members are more than willing to help at a drop of a hat. Those are just a few examples.
Like I said I understand where you coming from and While there are some with the 'beg, steal or borrow mentality', the site still remains extremely valuable, IMO.

Some do abuse it and they usually get caught and punished in some fashion. Most folks who participate in the forums and earn their karma in the forums are usually worth listening to and earned it in the right way. There are always exceptions though.

I understood what you said the first time and I agree. It boils down to conducting yourself properly and interacting and listening to those who you feel have knowledge that is helpful and applicable.
It is bothersome to see folks abuse the karma system here, but I've never seen them get away with it for long. The Mods are on top of this and I greatly appreciate it.
