This will be my first EBC. I look forward to being pushed by the competition. I had to take a little time off lately recovering from a minor injury but I'm all cleared now. I plan to do a lean bulk and put on some quality mass while cutting a bit of body fat. I am hoping to have more visible abs and be thicker all around.
Running a simple cycle of test E 600 mg a week with a tbol kick start. I will throw Mast P in at the end around 400 mg a week for last few weeks and maybe finish it with some winny.
Will try and gain as much weight through weeks 1-6 and then dial down from weeks 7-12 and lose some of the fat.
I think I did ok. Was out a total of 3 weeks due to the flu. Lost a lot of weight and progress but I bounced back and finished. I always finish what I start. I look to get into another one of these.

Poses aren't too bad... If anything, maybe re-take that front double, biceps could be flexed a bit more (left bi). Side chest could use work but is probably acceptable.

AnonAt your body fat, i would save the mast for later. Its effects arent noticeable until single digit body fat. Winni is a good choice, maybe some npp as well to replace the mast?
Redo your side chest and side tri pics. Your feet are all wrong. Bring your right leg back so its actually a few inches behind your left. Take your left knee and press it into your right hamstring. Then sit down a little. Turn your upper body more to the camera and keep your chest up. Dont try to crunch for some abs
Thanks Tren boss. I will drop the mast as suggested. I plan on retaking all my pics after my workout tonight and will use your notes for the posing. Do you think I should run the winny for 4 weeks or 6? I only have 50 of 50 mg. I also have var but figured I didn't need to incorporate. Will add NPP as suggested.
