I plan to turn my 5'10" 197lb ass into 200lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal... goal bf is 8% or less... I am going to try to get my lats to grow. the more I look the more weaknesses I have, but I'm really gonna try to pull this off and rock the ebc world w/ my transformation... That is the goal anyway, I cant wait to see how all this turns out.

phil113kgYou know, you're not holding that much body fat. I would say water retention is half your problem. I wouldn't cut calories till maybe 4 weeks out but instead eat clean with lots of protein and concentrate on building volume. You can do it if you know what to use and when to use it. The others I've seen have more fat to loose and will need to concentrate on loosing that but you on the other hand have one foot in the door. Rotate your rep ranges on your exercises and don't forget to go heavy now and then. Pm me for more details cuz I might have an idea that will get you your goal and that is to win.

It was me and jus a couple young pups in there today, and I was tearing that shit up... My tren has kicked in full swing! I cant get enough sets in sore as hell for maybe one day, then more veins are showing in the morning... My bf is down, my sodium intake is bare minimum so water retention is practically not an issue any more... and there is a whole lotta time to go... I hope you guys are taking this shit as seriously as me. I'm eating like a carnivore and have this girl who has been sexercising me like 2-3x's a day. Killin It Bro's!!!! Hope you are too!!!
