But, your pics aren't right. Each pic should be "full body shot", you need the 4 mandatory poses, 2 poses of your choice and the newspaper pic. 7 total pics. I'd fix them while you have time.

My cycle and diet went great !! However my pics suck and don't show how great my improvements really were as the gal I was dating left me mid competition so I really struggled taking any pics at all .. I Also broke 2 ribs playing hockey mid competition which also affected my training .. But all in all I'm happy I finished what I started .. My weight went from around 255 lbs at approx 14% bf to 234 at approx 9 -10 % bf .. I used npp 100 mg eod prop 125 mg eod and masteron 100 mg eod with awesome results ... My diet was very clean with 1 cheat meal per week .. Again sorry my pic,s weren't great but please judge me fairly

Thanks bro .. All my pics were done cold by myself which was so difficult .. It won't let me edit anything now .. I really made some good improvements that the pics don't really show .. Arms got to 19 inches cold
