Recomp! I'm looking mostly to lean out, not necessarily get shredded/show ready, but shed the extra fluff I put on after a show in April, and gain back a little bit of the muscle I lost (not looking to get as muscular as I was before, though)
I ran into a disaster at my show and was also dealing with some bad acne, which ended up getting infected from the tan and spreading like crazy (before to now - http://www.eroids.com/pics/acne-on-the-mend), so I decided to take a long time off. So it's been about 5 months off all gear and I decided the EBC would be a perfect time to hop back on and get motivated to better my physique again. Starting off nice and easy due to that experience, so just 10mg var ED.
