Thanks man! might not be running tren until last 8 weeks as its not in hand atm hoping this time around with diet in check i can see some results. Last year when i cycled didnt put in effort and diet was non existent so now its time for clean size!

Get your protein and carbs in within 30 minutes of your workout. Protein before bed. If you wake up to piss drink some whey.

Not yet got a macro calculator just to lazy to put my food in yet but I only eat clean for the past 6 months or so no fast food or anything unhealthy at all. Thanks man I've only been in the gym 2 times since signing up and growing like a weed.
