Drop BF down to ~8% and throw on a good 10-15+ lbs of LBM.
Abs:
I want a full 6 pack, I havent had my abs showing since summer so I really want to bring them out better than ever.
Legs:
I want to work on my legs in general. I want bigger quads, hams and calves. I want to be lean enough to see the separations in my legs, especially the quad and tear drop.
Arms:
I want my biceps bigger in general and a higer peak. My shoulders are higher than my biceps, I want that reversed. Also my triceps seem to trumph my biceps which also needs to change.
Back:
I want bigger lats, I feel my lats are definitely one of my weakest areas so I will definitely be hitting them harder than ever. I also want to focus on my lower back, as I get bigger I feel more strain in my lower back so I would like to strengthen it.
Chest:
I want my pecs bigger in general. I will be doing a lot more fly motions to work on bridging the gap.
I am and will continue to carb cycle for this EBC.
