First, check the tone of your communication in our personal chat. It was calm and decent because you understood that you had to pay first and would then receive the store credit. In the hope of receiving the store credit, you were communicating nicely.
Then, suddenly, you posted a negative review.

Yes they did tell him that. In the screenshot from 12 october they requested him to give a 5 star rating for all parameters.
And no he didn't fuck anything up. He clearly asked if what he was orderering was primo ace. They told him yes. Then he received his order and it wasn't primo ace.
In my limited experience with them I can say that their costumer service is shit. After a week still no response.

The gear that I asked about initially... the primo ace. Wtf am I gonna do with 2 bottles of primo e? I thought it was getting My 2 bottles, plus Id be able to get another few with the $300 credit, 5/6 bottles of primo ace, I could test out, send some for testing, have enough to ve able to judge decently. Wtf does 2 bottles of primo e or ace get me.
I dont even think I asked to join their shitty promo, I think I just commented and they approached me. I could be wrong but regardless. I thought I was ordering US to US. I didnt expect US to US to take a month and a half.
Even if I finished running these 2 bottles and even if they honored their promo... if I wanted to continue with this same product... what am I gonna wait 2 months for more to come? 3 weeks of primo e, a two month pause, then another 2 months?
My only complaint was about their communication and customer service. And I was told i was clearly extorting them. It was a clear extortion case. Lol fuckin horse shit and you know it.
