Naps has earned my trust and business. Excellent customer service. Excellent product. Excellent delivery time, even though it was international and during a holiday week, it only took 3 weeks. Couldn’t be happier with Naps.
3 orders this year with napsgear. Very, very happy with Naps. Courier mixed up my order, and tracking showed it never delivered (think because of postage) but it did arrive. Since the tracking didn't show, Naps resent my order, so that's very nice. Placed 2 other orders with them, very happy with Naps. I forget delivery times. Delivery times varied. 1st order took like 3-3.5 weeks, the 2nd order like 7-10 days, 3rd order like 2 weeks, all within the time frame they stated. (I have stumbled across a fake knockoff site of naps-gear.org, but real site has been great for me.)
Even when I sat there stressing about whether I'd get my gear.....I got it.
I am not happy with the Dragon Pharma Test-E 250mg. Terrible, terrible, terrible PiP.
Running Hutech -C 350, no problems. Dragon Pharma Mast-E no problem, Dragon Pharma Test-P 100, no problem.
But the Test-E 250......wtf, very nearly considering trashing it. That was the order portion that was doubled up, so kinda disappointed I feel like I got doubled up on junk. I do feel like it's legit what it says it is, but the PIP from it is just crazy.
This year 3 orders of 10mg Winnie tabs, 50mg clomid, Test-E 250, Test-P 100, Mast-E, all dragon pharma, all seems legit and good to go. Only the Test-E 250 giving me a rough way to go, perhaps why it was on such a super sale when I bought it
We’re these all international orders? I’m having problems with my first order I’ve ever placed with Naps. It’s international Geneza. It’s been in transit for 3 weeks (as of Wednesday) and I’m getting really worried because my tracking info has been showing the auto update “In transit to next facility, arriving late” for 5 days now and it’s estimated deliver date was Friday July 7th by 9pm. Needless to say it did not show up :(
I went through almost the exact same thing. My 2nd order actually arrived before my first, and I was worried the entire time. It finally showed up. And the day it showed up, the tracking said it was in another state
Package literally just updated that it’s in my state tonight. It’s so hard to be patient when you have no idea where your package is, but it seems as if I should be getting it delivered any day now. Naps is legit and man of his word. No idea where all the hate comes from. Naps, when you see this, please disregard my comment above and the PM I sent you. I’m good to go now.

I read a reply comment you made a few years ago on this forum, that “There will always be a 4 weeks minimum for brands shipped out from Asia.” and “If you love brands shipped out from Asia you can contact me before placing an order and I will always report the current shipping situation on every Asia brand since each of them is shipped direct by the manufacturer.”
Could you add me, please? I have a few questions about shipping situations and a package I already have that is “shipped” that I’m actually a little concerned about due to its tracking history. Thanks Naps!

Placed domestic order payment received on the 15th and they said it was shipped on the 19th. But tracking number says label created on the 19th but package was never given to the carrier to be delivered. I have put numerous tickets in and I just keep getting told they sent it but again it was never sent. I used naps all the time so it really upsets me that they are not doing anything to fix what is owed to me.

Customer service is terrible. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, was told to submit payment AGAIN through zelle, did that and still nothing. Starting to think it’s a scam

It's down for me too (https//www.napsgear.org/) . They have been around forever though. Every once in a while most of the sites will go down for a few days, likely due to them being in a grey area. I still had an order that was shipped with tracking while the site was down, so they are still working. The site will likely be back up in a couple of days.
WORST WEBSITE EVER!!!! THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT MORE THAN A MONTH AGO, THEY DON’T ANSWER MY EMAILS, THAT SITE IS A SCAM, GUYS DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME OVER THERE!!!!!
