I started my eq front load at 300mg x 2 ..for the next two weeks and I ll be starting the short esters here at the end of the second week
my starting weight is 209 ..
I didn't bother to measure my biceps so I ll go with my last measurement of 16.5 .. .
my hand isn't a full hundred percent but I m going with a fairly aggressive approach using heat and ice three times a day ..
the rest of the nagging injuries are just that.. nagging..
I m eating everything I can get my hands on as I want to really put on some serious size this cycle .. I ll update in about 4 weeks

Hey grrrl...How's the first two weeks of the cycle going?
update ... two weeks .. I ve already hit my max bench at 215 ... I m handled 205 tonight with out any real issues and with some excellent reps or at least Gothic says so and he is a true slave driver .. \
as for dead lifts my second week I am up to sets and reps with 275
all me weights in everything else are climbing as well..
the hand and arm are holding up good so far with minimal pain and swelling ..
my weight is back up to 218 although it has been fluctuating plus or minus 3 lbs..
my appetite is ridiculous and I m running two cardio sessions a day most days just to make sure I m not putting on too much fat ;-)
