New to break genetic ceiling, I guess...

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hey there, I am 40 yrs 5'6" 168lbs. I cant get past this level, and I've been stuck here years. The hard part is, I have to be under 170lbs for my job, unless I tape. I run about 3 miles a day, and do a push pull leg routine. I'm attempting this to help me get better at my job and overall health. If you look at the cycle, I want to add arimidex somewhere in there. Please advise...

Dont apologize, I'm learning to crawl. I guess I'm not asking the right questions in the right way...
I want to run faster, and have more strength, fat lose and better cardio. I'm not looking to bulk. I'm not looking for a beach body. I feel like a cycle is what I need to go a little further and possibly make it a habit. I eat extremely clean.
I'm very healthy. No alcohol, no drugs.
I want to reach my potential. This cant be it.

Sometimes what you "feel like you need" is not something that you "actually need". You are into your 40s and have to accept that you may have reached you genetic potential, if what you say is true regarding how you are healthy...run 3 miles a day/workout consistently, , eat extremely clean, no alcohol or drugs. I would, as others, highly advise you not to proceed with your proposed cycle plan. Possibly seek a TRT clinic or speak with your personal physician and go the "supervised" way. They will assist you in the process and help you with each step of the protocol.Possibly get on some GH (fountain of youth)through the clinic. The very last thing you should do is obtain products you know very little about and just start taking it because it's what you "feel like you need". Good luck

You really need to throw testosterone into this cycle or you’re going to have some issues down the road.

Ok. Is there any in pill form. I'm not into needles, yet. I'm only taking pills at this point. And what kind of problems?

I've not tried them myself - but I have seen guys use Methyltest tablets at 25mg each and also the Topical gels (50mg/sachet). The tabs aren't great for the liver though and the gels do work out expensive. Injectable Test is the way to go, you could get away with only 1 injection per week. Nowadays there are much smaller less intimidating needles available rather than the harpoons of years gone by.
