STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Hello,

This is going to be my first cycle ever. Yesterday marked a year since I returned to training. I have always been physically active and trained during my teenage years.

Here are my current statistics:

Height: 174 cm (5'7")
Weight: 74 kg (163 lbs)
Body fat: Around 10-12%
Age: 26
Despite my efforts to consume 2g of protein per kg of body weight and increase my calorie intake, I have never been able to surpass 74 kg in weight. Surprisingly, I don't gain any fat even if I don't do cardio or abs, and my body fat percentage remains at around 10% without trying. I've been stuck at this weight for several months now.

I am planning to start this cycle to not only gain mass but also to increase my testosterone levels. I would appreciate any feedback from individuals who have more knowledge in this area.

Thank you so much!

I don't know if you can get it over there, but 100% grass-fed beef is the way to go. I think it is better digesting red meat than your typical grain fed beef but it is definitely a slower digesting meat compared to other protein sources. The omegas in it are also off the charts. First thing you notice when looking at it is the fat and marbling is more of yellow color compared to bright white with the grain fed. That yellow tint is from all the omegas in the fat. The fat is actually good for you Lol . Cost about twice as much in the supermarket but my neighbor raises about 10 grass fed cattle each year and reserves one for me every year, which is pretty cheap.

I really like a big steak for my post-workout meal. Slam 40g of iso postwo and then go home and cook some steaks. Gives me some protein trickling throughout the rest of the evening. I have a T-bone or ribeye pretty much every night when prepping for a show.

And don't forget, Steak and eggs is the breakfast of champions too. Lol When I cook streaks on the barbie I cook two for myself. One to eat right away and the other is sliced up for breakfast the next morning, if it makes it past my midnight snack.

Blimey Steak and Eggs I would have to feel extremely hungry to try and tackle, although it sounds nice that is a heavy meal for me!! LOL I can imagine that grass fed is much nicer than grain fed meat - How much does he charge you then for a full cow Mak??! LMAO

Butcher cut up and wrap, I think the last one was around $3/lb for all the meat. It usually yields around 550-600 lbs of meat going into the freezer.

Edit: Asked the wife and it averaged out to $1.95/lb

Shit the bed - That's a lot of meat in a freezer! 1/4 of a tonne, do you have a couple of chest freezers outside?

that weight includes some of the organs like the liver, heart and even the tongue. Who even eats tongue anymore. Lol My buddy does fortunately so he gets it. I have to be careful about what is in the crockpot when I go over there for dinner Lol He also pickles the heart and eats it on crackers.

We bought another freezer solely designated for the cow we get every year. I keep it in the mancave. Gets to damn cold outside in the winter and too hot in the summer. Burn through beer fridges in the garage every so often because of that so can't afford the freezer to shit the bed.

Now that's when ya know the man takes the sport seriously - Buys a freezer just for the butchered cow every year!!

I've been meaning to ask this bud after a comment I saw the other day - I assume you have quite an arsenal of weaponry in your home, and if someone tried their luck at sneaking up on your house they'd likely be taken out by a sniper rifle??!!

Yeah, I have quite an arsenal. I have 64 guns so far. Had to buy 3 stand up gun safes to fit them all in since we now have a toddler running around the house. Not sure why so many guns since I really only use about 4 of them on a regular basis. None of that assault rifle stuff though. These are all intended to hunt small and large game. I pretty much have a caliber of rifle for every hunting situation or type of game with a few handguns to boot to plink around with.

WoW 64??!!! I was expecting you to say about 10!!! Do you have rifles with silencers on and stuff then?

Secret No, that stuff is illegal to have in our possession

If it was easy then everyone would be walking around looking like professional bodybuilders and life would be pretty boring. Just depends on how much you want it. It is what separates the men from the boys. If all you are after is another 10 lbs or so that should just be a walk in the park.

Don't just run an AI without bloodwork. If you don't need it then you're just tanking your E for no reason. Like Diesel said, add nolva for PCT.

LITSTEROIDS's picture

Thank you for your feedback. Could you tell me how far into the cycle I should do the bloodwork?

ONESICK's picture

at least 4 weeks in and/or if high E2 symptoms start to present themselves.

No need to titrate the test dose, it only causes constant fluctuations. Start with the dose desired and run it straight through the cycle. I'd advise getting blood work as well pre, mid and post cycle so that you are aware and will have a baseline.

PCT should also include Nolvadex along with the Clomid for optimal recovery. In the end, your diet and training will dictate your results. Make sure you have everything you need in your possession prior to starting and wish you well.
