First cycle. 174cm 74kg. Test E with pct.
Hello,
This is going to be my first cycle ever. Yesterday marked a year since I returned to training. I have always been physically active and trained during my teenage years.
Here are my current statistics:
Height: 174 cm (5'7")
Weight: 74 kg (163 lbs)
Body fat: Around 10-12%
Age: 26
Despite my efforts to consume 2g of protein per kg of body weight and increase my calorie intake, I have never been able to surpass 74 kg in weight. Surprisingly, I don't gain any fat even if I don't do cardio or abs, and my body fat percentage remains at around 10% without trying. I've been stuck at this weight for several months now.
I am planning to start this cycle to not only gain mass but also to increase my testosterone levels. I would appreciate any feedback from individuals who have more knowledge in this area.
Thank you so much!

There's zero excuses for your diet to be lacking in protein then.
Hahaha. I was suppose to have moved by you long ago. I didn't know there was a place like that on Earth that existed. Boy I'd love that scenery too. Away from all the pollution and bullshit of folks. What's your address? (joke)
I live in the middle of nowhere. No one can find me. I get lost sometimes too.
We also used to eat a lot coons until they started having a lot of incidents of trichinosis. Didn't want to handle them to much anymore. They are actually kind of a white meat, but still were tasty.
I've ate some interesting shit but never racoons lol.
Muskrats, beaver, turtle even tried mountain lion one time. Those are a 1 and done for me.
I do love bear though, very sweet meat, as long as they aren't a garbage bear . Only get one of those about every other year though.
I've had alligator, python, ostrich, had bear a couple times, turtle, various game from mountain goats to elk, goose, duck, frog legs when I was a kid lol....there's more but off my head I'd have to think about it.
O my goodness! And I just made a comment to you about eating a beer. Man you definitely are what that Liver King guy wanted to portray. He might have gotten his gimmick from you. Gotta admit I'm somewhat jealous
It is kind of cool. The American legion post here has a wild game feed every year and people bring in some crazy shit. Nothing is off the table. So I have tried some really weird stuff. Guys who have been on African safaris are bringing in zebra and monkey meat and all kinds crazy animals that they shoot over there. Pretty much they don't want to eat it so bring it in for everyone else to eat.
" they don't want to eat it so they bring it over for everyone else to eat"...that's funny. Honestly I'd try some meats, not saying I'd try them all especially monkey meat. But I agree that would be kind of cool
Now ya just lost me with that coon statement lol. Hey makwa , @ONESICK this would be a good eating forum. It would definitely help me.
Racoons, one-eyed bandits. they taste like chicken.
I bet it did. Everything tastes like chicken nowadays lol. I heard a guy in the gym saying that a certain fish tastes like chicken! And he was serious too. I imagine you've eaten alot of different meats. Have you eaten Alligators? taste like chicken from what I hear. Now I'd try that. And I know you don't eat bear meat
yeah, I have had alligator balls before. Taste like stinky fish and nothing like chicken. Wasn't a fan
Bear and squirrel are two of my favorite meats.
Alligator balls? Damn. Figured you would of tried it's tail meat. And yeah I've heard nothing but good things about squirrel meat. Now bear meat surprises me. Honestly first time I've heard about someone eating bear before.
The alligator balls actually are the tail meat. They scoop the meat out with like little ice cream scoopers and they look like a little ball. They just call them alligator balls.
LMFAO Poor Bastards!!!
Slow cooked brisket in smokey BBQ sauce is actually my favourite!! Even though its fairly heavy I can just keep eating it even why I feel full Lol That with a side of mash potato covered in fried onions and butter
Had this bad boy a couple days ago. I honestly could eat steak or any beef everyday if my wife would let me lol.
My stomach is growling looking at this juicy piece of meat. Like I said I need more steak. A1 sauce and game over!
Now That is 1 Big damn steak!!
My wife was like are you eating all of that? why yes dear I am lol over a pound if I remember correctly.
Yep glad you said that about red meat digesting very slow. All this damn talk about steaks. Seriously for my upcoming cycle I plan to eat more steaks. Usually I've stayed away from them but nothing, and I mean nothing beats a good ole American steak!
I eat a lot of beef, don't get me wrong I like other meat but steak....nothing beats it lol
Yep true. I'd like to try the Rock's favorite meat, buffalo
Buffalo is pretty good. My step dad will hunt for elk and give me a bunch. Now that's delicious as fuck.
A guy I hunt pheasants with every year got a tag to shoot a buffalo last year in the big buffalo round up they have every year. these are the wild free ranging buffalo and not pen raised. He only really wanted the hide and head to mount so offered the meat to me. I couldn't pass that up. 3 freezers full of buffalo from that. Everybody I knew got buffalo put in their freezer last year.
See when it comes to all this red meat stuff and hunting I'm as green as a fresh cut lawn of grass!
I was raised on hunting and fishing. Both my dad and step dad taught me how. It's been a bit since I have but someday when my kids get older and I get more time I'll get back into it.
See that's what I'm saying I'm totally green with all this hunting/ fishing stuff. Let's just say I'm a city fella lol. City life is soo damn overrated I tell ya.
Beef Brisket in BBQ Sauce MMmmmm
