+ 3 First Cutting Cycle

ad
STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

I'm 1-week into this, my first ever real cutting cycle and I think it is going well. At the end of week-1, calliper measurements (7-point) put me at 10.4% BF with a BMI of 29.0 dead on 200lbs, 90.7kg, Daily Calories are 2604; Protein: 233g; Carbs: 166g; Fat: 103g and Fibre:26g.

Week-1 I cut carbs and dropped one kg, so that seems the right amount of cut, that would give me a pretty easy 15-lb drop in weight, with just 21-lbs of fat content to -0- and I cannot ever comprehend that, but 5% seems like a very real goal now. One kg weekly average would leave me around 2% if it were 100% fat loss, so I am thinking I will land right in between 5-6% and that seems pretty sweet from where I started this journey.

That leaves me questions:
1) Just what percentage of fat/muscle can I expect from a cutter? If I drop 20-lbs, how much should I expect to be from each?
2) Never been a fan of Winstrol, but my understanding is 40mg daily is just as effective as 50mg and with 20ml Stan-50 on hand, 3-slower weeks seems smarter than 2-harsh weeks.
3) Pinning Winny with oils? I did it about 8-years ago, cannot remember anything bad from it, but is there a medical concern to the issue? If separate, can I just sub-q the winny in the belly? Got plenty of slin pins if that is advised.

Cutting weight amount: I am currently hitting about 60% of my old workout levels, i.e. squats at 100+kg -v- 140+kg (in the bucket) and so forth. These are increasing about 10kg every two/three weeks, so am I good to keep increasing if strength allows since my body has handled it previously? Should I pick a plateau and rep more - if so, what week should I choose to stop increasing?

My current thought on above is 2-weeks out, just due to my shoulder, give it a rest as I cannot even pull a double-biceps front pose for pain, but I can work around that. Is that enough time?

No matter where this one ends, I am happy as hell with my overall progress in recomposition these past six months and when I get to give my body a break, I will not have any problem accepting all I have at that date. I have not seen single digit BF in well over a decade, and there is no question about me hitting that.

Thanks for input and wish me luck.

Now, we're going for 100kg with this BF..... meat is direct from butcher, eggs, milk and the rest. Funny as hell.... 8-years ago, I was looking for drugs, today I am looking for the best eggs and meat, oats, etc. The diet was no joke, I could swing body weight by 5kg in 3-days, so gaining back 18kg in 26-weeks.... will be a test of discipline. Drugs... $120 USD... food..... fucking extreme! Only took a decade to learn :-)

you are now in prime condition for a bulk. I have never gained muscle so fast then when finished with a comp.

EDIT: Just bagged 3-grand from PGS2021, placed 13-17 and pretty damned happy about it. I had to buy all my gear and ancillaries from scratch last year, when I started to get back into shape and this just about covers all the cost, not to mention, I have tons of leftover test and an awesome 'un-oh' kit. A couple promo's to rate for cool gifts and some great 24-hour domestic turnaround sources to thank when I had to throw out all my tren and re-stock quickly. It feels good being posted in the prize winning section, and it sure feels good to get that 3-grand back. It feels even better to be in shape and having a fantastic outlook on winter plans. Got some great stuff on the slow boat for winter, just a nice, easy plan of action... cruising TRT for now, but next year, I'm bringing some legs and lats to the program.

Thank you, it does feel really good. I followed you advice to the letter and you can bet I am reading up on your bulker.... trying to get that clean 2500 calories right now, all our food was designed for the cutting, so still ton's of low fat/low carb tomato based stews, plain potatoes and plain oats in the house, so giving the body a good AAS rest with clean diet and then going to go for that bulker you have on the forum. Your time has been great!.

I finished my first ever cutting cycle yesterday and I cannot say I am unhappy at all. Over the 8-weeks, I dropped 12kg, for a grand total of 28kg on the past 9-months. I used @Makwa post for most all my program and advice from @rusty for the past 8-weeks and it really worked out great. I can't much stand being 180-lbs, so that is going to go back up quickly, but with diet and routine, so I should be in great shape next year. I figure to dedicate to very simple bulking, TRT for a good bit of recovery and then just Test/Deca with a 1-year HGH routine to see if I can iron out that belly skin. No stretch marks, so pretty hopeful that it can go back to tight in a year. No matter how the next year goes, I am very happy with this cutting cycle. Any of you who have accounts that can vote on PGS2021, please log in and send me some votes, I am in a pretty solid top 10 place right now, but some EROIDS support would be great. Last two weeks, I saw a solid 4kg drop from my lowest recorded weight of 86kg down to 82kg following makwa's peak week guidance and I am really glad I found that. Rusty helped me change 100mg ed test to 25mg ed and in the end, I just cut it out, dropping 1mg arimidex to crash estro for a drier finish and I think I did pretty well. I do feel that I completed this the best way possible, even though there is a ton of room for improvements, but I just need massively higher muscle mass to get those results. Still, the contest was dated and no one was waiting a year for me to get into ideal shape, so I gave it a go and I am damned happy with the results. This all started last New Year when my 38" Levi's were too tight and I was considering buying 40's.... I once said I would NEVER let myself get to 38" and there I was contemplating 40's.. My 32's are loose on me now! Final waist line is 33", just could not get an actual 32", but starting at 43.5", I am pretty damned happy with progress.

Nice job! Good

Week 17 update photos posted on PGS2021 and I actually maintained weight while losing 1/2" on the waist line. This still leaves me 34.5 and is nothing impressive for bodybuilding, but for me, it is one hell of an accomplishment. I have three weeks left; though PGS has pushed photo dates out by an entire week, I am going by one definition I read over and over again..... If you are not ready by peak weak, move on and learn. I planned 17 October and with photographs it is pushed out a day! I did this week with no Fat burners too.... should probably rate a source as water reduction is playing a big part... I mean, no weight loss but waist down, it was a winner of a plan. I STILL look forward to ending this ED pinning and going back to TRT!

This is so much worse than my plan, it hurts and takes my life over so much... hats off to pros. Diet is a constant choice between missus and me, I'm under 10% body fat, but this is a lifestyle and I have to think very heavily if this is what I want. Pinning is taxing me, diet is making me think, drugs are just a nuisance'

For a first cycle, you will want to be in the right group, https://www.eroids.com/group/beginners-cycles and I can assure you that the advice coming, if given, will be test only. You will want your diet in check, exercise regular and planned, and it is great to have a general health check, including blood work. Try posting up an introduction in the new members section https://www.eroids.com/forums/general/introduction with a bit of your workout history and why you feel steroids is an answer to your goals or needs. You will find that members here won't really just tell you 123 of xyz, so many times a day just at random; and if you do find someone who is willing to do that, run as fast as you can from them because they will probably lead you to harm sooner or later. Good luck and hope to see your posting in new members.

You are doing good bro but I don't want to burst your bubble. The fat loss is going to slow way down real soon no matter what you do. Once your body reaches a certain body fat it is going to fight tooth and nail not to give up any more. The body is just programmed that way buy nature for a survival instinct. I can go from 15% down to 10% in a month. Now going from 10% to 5% can take me damn near 3 months more to get ready for the stage. The older I get the longer those last few percent take. I usually plan a prep for 16wks. I could do it quicker but that would sacrifice alot of hard earned muscle and not have me looking my best. Once you start getting into the single digits is when you start bringing out the big guns and compounds to help strip the fat. They are warranted at this point in order to save as much muscle mass as possible.

This is how I go about my cutting process to make sure I don't hit plateaus and can for the most part keep a steady and safe fat loss.

https://www.eroids.com/forums/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss/struct...

This is the type of workout structure I would be using for cutting. Remember your goal when cutting is not to be building muscle, that is an entirely different process. Your goal is lose fat and maintain as much muscle as possible. If you can strip that fat to that low of a level without sacrificing much muscle you have succeeded. You likely will lose some muscle if getting to extremely low BF but it can be minimized if you do it right.

I can't thank you enough for the time you spend on answers to me; I probably will take you up on the first link pm to you about flushing. Like I wrote, no matter how this ends up, I will count it all joy, I was in a bad place new year, gut well over 41" and strength just gone, damned near fell into a bigger rut when I just decided to get it back together. Bought a cheap bench, broke out my wife's Reebok step box and purchased a couple hundred pounds of 1" bore plates and started in the living toom until the gyms opened back up. Pretty much, I am at my original goal, it was the shred contest that got me going for further goals - just I believe in doing things all the way, not half assed, so I truly hope I can get this thing to 5-6% BF or even better. I am pretty much up to speed on the principles above, though there are some good twists.... was surprised to read that you do spinning... I lost a ton of weight on that when I was about to meet my wife for the first time.. beastly cardio! Thank you again for the feedback, I'll get the PM off to you.

Just stick with your program and you should do fine. You are making consistent progress which is what really matters and you end up where you end up. Even if you get down to around 7% that is where alot of the pysique competitors are at and you should look pretty awesome and most people never even get to that stage so that is a feat in itself. Now is when you start letting the mirror be the judge. Pretty soon you get to a point where you can't pinch anything anymore so the calipers become kind of useless.
