+ 14 DHB Boldenone BULK
After some thought and discussion my next bulk is going be based on DHB and boldenone. The discussion leading up to the design of this cycle can be found in this post.

After the initial glycogen load I would expect the weight gains to be primarily quality mass since there should be essentially zero water retention here. Not expecting huge jump in scale weight because of that but I will be keeping track of body comp to assess what is happening.
Big variable here is the boldenone dose so that is why the bold cyp is then to get a little quicker response with dose changes if needed than would be seen with EQ.
Cals will start out 500 above TDEE for first month or so and will be bumped up to 750+ once I feel the compounds are starting to peak. Later in the cycle when the metformin and adrol are introduced cals will be 1000+ above TDEE.
I'll be logging everything here on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on what type of changes I am seeing.
Decided to add in some HGH and IGF-LR3 into the cycle. Will work my way up to 5iu/d of HGH. The IGF will be taken immediately post-workout on training days, none on my days off. Really hoping for some hyperplasia with the GH/IGF combo. If anyone has some thoughts on a better dosing protocol let me know.

Makes sense why you would use it for that reason. Does your sensitivity reduce or go back to normal after use, or does not stay altered after using glucophage for duration or, after your cycle?
Have you ever read any studies on metformin? There are some pretty cool things going on with it.
There saying it is a possible miracle drug that has been around for many years. It can help with both cancer and, slowing down the aging process.
They say metformin increases the activity of an enzyme involved in tumor suppression to help fight off cancer.
When it's used for treatment for type 2 diabetes, the drug reduces the amount of glucose produced in the liver, but researchers believe that it may also have the ability to slow down the aging process in individual cells by increasing oxygen released into each cell.
Researchers who tested Metformin on roundworms found that, in addition to living longer, healthier lives, the worms who received the drug "did not slow down or develop wrinkles.
The FDA approved trials for 2016 and will monitor the effects of Metformin on adults between the ages of 70 and 80.
Thought it was pretty cool read since you were on the subject.
Still pretty early to tell if it actually works the same way on humans, but if it does, the benefits could be very well for people in the later years or life .
I'm in the same position as you bro, big cals big carbs for a long period of time my cycle will be 16 weeks but wiTj the long esters it'll go strong for 18 weeks. I'll have to look all to you in pm about the metiformin. Seems like something that not only will keep my body more regular and healthier but also can improve the results of my cycle. I've had 100 pills just sitting for like a year now bulking season seems like the best time to put them to use.
And I agree your planned cycle is going to be very interesting. Kinda jealous of yours lol. You're definitely gonna retain that dry hard dense look all cycle long, literally no water retention and except from the high carbs. This will probably be the best you ever looked on a bulker. Just on my test bold cyp bulker 2 summers ago was the best I ever looked bulking, dry hard dense I can't imagine what I would have looked like with no test in there.
TryHarder007height? weight? BF? social security number? lol kidding.
any cardio? any weak points (jk you dont have any!) that you are trying to bring up? Any shows planned for 2017?!
bigmurphI cant wait to hear about the 1 test cyp for years I have been thinking about running it.
This from what I have heard is going to be a great cycle. I read something that dan doushe I think that is his name wrote about that compound being unbelievable basically how much true muscle mass comes from it.
Following, looking forward to this.
When do you start? What are your macros and training routine if you dont mind me asking? Don't have to go into too much detail just overview, I'm curious
I'm hoping to fire this up next week. I like to prep my bulk by doing a detox and cleanse diet for a week first to ensure I'll have optimum nutrient absorption and insulin sensitivity when starting the bulk. So I am starting that now and getting all my ancilliary supps in line like fish oil, bromelain, cinnamon, creatine, pre and post workout concoctions, getting a cow butchered to fill the freezer, etc.
As far as macros my TDEE is sitting around 3300cals so I'll adjust up from there to start out with. I like a 30/40/30 ratio but that carb ratio will climb when I am at my max calories since I'll keep my protein pretty constant around 250g. Those additional carbs are protein sparing so I probably won't go much above that.
The training routine is a little more complex with all of the progressive overload principles I will have in play but the gist of it revolves around a 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off rotation. Out of gym in under an hour. When I have more time I'll see if I can go into a little more detail of it.
