15 week Dp sus 350 cycle/ Q&A

Hey guys I haven’t done a cycle in over 15 years and last cycles were with Denkall and the Tornel labs. Mexico was close to where I live and open 24/7 so it worked when I was young. I’m older now at 38 and considered trt but am going to do Sus350 at 525mg a week . I’ve been lifting on and off for 19 years but recently Got more committed with low weight high reps and training for the Ironman and triathlons which are huge in my city. Anyway I’ve plateaued but lost 20 pounds feel like the step needs to be taken to step it up and I chose DP Sus 350 by itself for 15 weeks. I plan on pinning .5ml ever mon wed fri because of the esters I heard this will be beneficial also for blood levels?I eat clean but need to change to a constant meal plan with higher calories but not by much. I want to stay lean and hoping I can with sus. I also want to keep this simple for the first time back. I plan on Hcg 250ui twice a week and let off a week before PCT. I have Arimidex and running this .5 eod or do you suggest waiting to see If I’m getting symptoms of gyno then start taking it? My pct is nolvdex and clomid and I’m going to start that 3 weeks after last pin. I know everyone is different and I’ve read more on running hcg during the cycle then running while on Pct. I just got my blood work done and will do it again 7 weeks to compare and after pct. I have all gear and ready. I’ve done some research and have so much more to learn, but don’t know near as much as what you guys do so your input and suggestions are respected and appreciated. Thanks

Wanted to say thanks for all your guys help on this and your input. Sounds like DP is a blend not true sus. I’m still running it anyway and heard good things. I’m lowering the dose and to 450per week. Pinning 150 eod .My meals need to change immortalT pointed out and Adream sent a good link for me to check out. Running pct and hcg the Same. Thanks guys for giving me safe info on what’s best for me. I May have not changed a whole lot of my plan but dose and eating but I feel it will help so thanks to ALL who commented on this log.

I'd say since it's your first time back...steer clear of DP sust....it's high mg/ml plus the carrier oils may not be a fun way to get back in the game lol....and I wouldn't use HCG in this cycle and may need to adjust AI... id move it to week two or 3 but I've never ran adex so not sure how quick it can crash estro.... .be safe brother hope you find what you're looking for here these guys have been a huge help to me over the years

Thanks ADream appreciate your response and your experience with DP Sus. I actually started already this week Monday and hit both quads at .25ml and Wednesday .5ml . Had to go glute second pin.

Okay lol....hope it treats you better than me....and I looked at your stats...seems you're a hard gainer....got you a link here for one of the vets mass gaining shakes....,it's no joke and if you can hack it it'll definitely help with calorie uptake.

Don't think u need HCG during cycle, your natural test is shutting down either way you're getting it from external source, why the need of your normal test to work?, i'd say use it for 3 weeks, 15-16/17 and then start pct, also i think you're still too light

can you post your diet? you may be able to improve just by adjusting your diet without the need of needles

Thanks bro for your response. My meal plan Has recently changed to this. I’m a shorter guy but always in the 165 range but was able to drop 15 by cardio and cutting out some bad carbs. I’m at 150 now but have to do a lot of cardio and diet to keep that weight. I feel like I’ve plateaued.
Meal 1 7:00 am 4 eggs and banana
2. 11:30am chicken/ brown rice
3. 2:00pm yogurt / granola
4. 430 pm fruit/ hit the gym
5. 5:30 or 6 shake and chicken or tuna
Now this meal plan might not be great but it’s way better then what I used to eat. I’ve only been on this diet for a little over a month. I’m on the road for work and I pack most my food. I’ve already started first and second pin this week. Monday and Wednesday .5 ml of DP sus350. Bro I’ve heard so many things about when to start your hcg... thank you for your opinion on that.

Hello, this meal plan is really terrible, i'm afraid even if you're gonna use test it wont help you at all except some water weight which is immediately lost after the cycle, there wont be any noticeable gains from that diet, trust me, you need to increase your calories badly and adjust your macro's, add more food protein and carbs to your diet, i posted a cycle log with my meal plan you can also check it out few months ago with test only cycle,
let me clear some things

your 1st meal contains no good carbs
your 2nd meal is fine, depends on the amount ofc you eat, atleast 6/7 ounces of chicken
your 3rd meal is terrible.. again, each of your meals must contain protein-carb-fats, and clean
your 4th, that's not a meal it's just fruit, no protein no carb
your 5th contains no carb at all, which is really bad

i think if you count your calories you probably wont even pass the 1800kcal, is that true? you need atleast 2800 to grow at your weight/height.

I agree. Especially with sust and not having been on a cycle for so long. Don't get me wrong i like sust, but it can be a freaking roller coaster with estro in the beginning, and sometimes through out the whole cycle for some people. Just gotta assume he knows all this already and is prepared i guess.

I'm on week two of pinning DP sust and it pins smooth but day 2 through 5 it almost gets unbearable.....this is my fifth cycle and 3rd time using sust and never had pip this bad....one of the vets here mentioned it could be the EO they use for the carrier oil....either way I've chose to only pin glutes from now on lol

You’re basically starting from scratch. Dump the sust. Just use test-e or c. Sust will have your estro all over the place and really should be pinned eod. Keep things simple and get bloods done before during and after.

Seen some labs on Dragon sust that tested the same a while back...let me try and find the link for you rusty....a source even changed their details on the esters contained shortly after

It definitely does.....I'm seriously thinking about pinning EOD vs the E3D that I'm doing now due to some slight fluctuations...pain in the ass.....literally haha

Think the vets will need to know a bit more about you,like what's your BF?
Whats your diet like?
Do you lift weights?
How long?
Research and diet is key and I think you might want to research this site if you wish to have questions answered in the best way possible imo.Anyways good luck in whatever route you take.
