+ 1 week 2 - bloodwork - have to start adex

3 pins so far, start of my 2 week .
Today I woke up quite bloated, face, feet - didnt feel well, almost didnt sleep during the night.
Decided to get bloodwork on my way to work.
This is how it turned out.
Estradiol 0.367nmol/l which is about 60pg/ml (baseline 20pg/ml)
Do you think 0.25 E3D will be enough to get it back to baseline values?

Yes .25 should do the trick. I would go EOD because of half life time of adex. Us older white guys tend to aromatize a bit more.
+1 for getting bloods immediately.
