Looking to get dry and hard with lower abb veins At Most. From experience that's around 7-8% bf for my body. I'm also needing to piss clean. This show is to support my friend and my girl in their very first shows and it's definitely on the fun tip, amateur style and not a professional contest where I would expect to be under 4% body fat

Not liking the cycle at all. You need to cut fast n hard. Im lost on this without prior drugs used. That's a huge drop. Thining you'd be best with EAC stack and masdive cardio. Then short ester the final 12 Weeks.
bigzigzagDroped 20 lbs in 2 weeks. What you don't understand is the training. I'm not just doing blood volume with rest in between then ending with some cardio at a comfortable speed. If you haven't puked or passed out during training then your not understanding. Despite my bf% I was able to cut to 219? In under 3 weeks. Weird, must be a scientific phenomena there fast guy. There are more then one ideas to cycling and training. It's a science not an exact science my friend. Training up to 2 hour sessions with no rest! So as far as you don't get it? that's understandable you would get rolled up quick if you ever ventured off the the stair master there buddy, lol. Minus one karma it was worth it. You just listen to what your "MMA Coach" at some local hole in the wall facility tells you. Anyone with real knowledge will tell you throwing up during a workout is not only stupid but counterproductive. The only people who brag about workouts like that are the same guys who think they'll be in the UFC one day even though they can't perform a healthy cut and wear nothing but tap out and affliction shirts with a little gel in the hair to the gym. You can't maintain 8% body fat and want to run a cycle where the fluctuation in hormone levels would be so drastic that you would be even more bloated than your fatass already is. Fast48 is willing to help anyone if they'll listen and has the knowledge to do it but I'm guessing you burnt that bridge. And I agree the camera angle is quite deceiving in that pic but I promise I've never been over 12% in my life, I couldn't look myself in the mirror at 18%. And since you saw my gear pics, I don't want people putting too many things together.
Its impossible to train someone for MMA without at least a basic knowledge of exercise science, I'm glad they don't pay you.

Despite the various cycles I've done I've never had any experience with how long it takes to get substances out of my body personally with a very high metabolism and lower body fat will it affect how long I hold the substances and is two months long enough to get clean?
bigzigzagI don't see where I put cutter? I am curious to amount of bloat however and how long sust takes to get clear of piss test? They are not monitored I don't think so not the biggest deal. Once again 8% would be dry weight for a boards short wearing type of fun contest not needing to get extremely vascular for this and to pee clean I'm doing PCT a good 2 months before weigh ins/ posing
bigzigzagThis is mostly the bulking phaze. I'll be going into my cut carb cycling around week 10 and finishing 3 months out and if I can piss clean take a fight around 205. The bloat early on not the biggest concern and my finish date is mid July. The pct here ends mid may so I will continue to cut more like a fighter and not like a bb being that its physique. Hope that answers a couple questions. I'm also doing lower amounts. How's the bloat on sust and pr though?
TronI am wondering if that's the sus350 I think it might be because if so it already has 50mg of cyp and 50mg on enant in it so with the other pins of cyp and enant you are talking about 300 mg of some long esters total a week that are know for bloating and water retention.

TronNot the sus.. the cypionate and enanthate. The sus350 I have used has cyp and enant in it already but you may not be using the same kind. I'm pretty sure we cant talk about sources on this page but if yours does not then ok. But cyp and enant are both known for bloat and water retention. I would run prop by itself at 100mg ed and maybe some anvar and hit cardio like crazy and dude.. DIET IS EVERYTHING!!!
bigzigzagDiet is everything for sure I put an Updated estimation on where my carbs will be pre-contest. I'm pretty sure 205 @ 8% body fat is a reasonable goal for 5 to 6 months out
