STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

This is going to be my first ever cycle. I have always been into working out but that stopped at 18 when i became addicted to painkillers due to a bad accident. I was addicted for 8 years. It was the worst time of my life, a living helI. I was eventually able to kick the habbit when i was in jail. While locked up i found my passion for lifting all over again. I believe working out has played a big part in helping me stay sober. Today i have 3 years clean. In that three years i was working out to build a base to start and to work on dieting habbits. This is the cycle i propose, nothing is set in stone as im still learning so any feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

Cycle
1-12 test cyp @ 400mg per wk.
1-12 proviron @ 50mg ed
4-13 adex @ 0.25mg eod

Pct ( beginning 2weeks after last injection)
Clomid @ 100mg ed for 2 weeks than 50mg ed for 2 weeks
Nolva @ 40mg ed for 2 weeks than 20mg ed for 2 weeks

  • my goal is to add around 5-10lb of quality lbm. Im not a bodybuilder and that freakish look is not the look im going for. I just want to be fit and in shape with decent muscle mass.

Try riding g a bicycle to and from the gym and watch your legs Complete change over time

You don't need to provi this run. My 1st run I put on 28lbs of mass about 8 was water, I was stupid and didn't know about ais which cause me to bloat. For me aromasin is better and at 12.5 ed keeps all sides in check. Enjoy your run. +1 for doing it right.

Be on the lookout for high estro before you start your arimidex! When you get that bloodwork back, then you'll know how the arimidex dosage is working.

You're setting your goals to low for your first cycle. For many the first is the best. Based off your stats and pics you know what you're doing, If I was you my goal would be 16lbs of quality tissue. And it's def possible. Bump the cyp up to 500mg ew. I don't think you'll need proviron this cycle save it for the future. Pct looks good.

What about blood work? Pre cycl labs as well as mid cycle are very important. Pre cycle to establish a baseline of your natty test levels to see if you recovered after the cycle as ell as to make sure you're all healthy and mid cycle to make sure your ai dose is dialed, in your test is dosed right and to make sure the drugs aren't affecting you negatively. Post cycle labs 4 weeks after pct is done. Send me a pm and I'll tell you how to get bloodwork done for less then 50 bucks.

Go with 500 test e or c. Save the provi for a future run. You aren't going to need it.

My first was 300mg test e E4D. Put on 36lbs. Was getting 400-500g protein daily from real food. Makes a huge difference compared to shakes. If your grocery bill is not 175-200 dollars for the week you aren't eating enough. You're gonna have a great time!!

Congratulations on kicking your addiction bro! There is a group designated for people trying to kick addictions, and for those recovering. Take a look at it if you feel it may be helpful.

Your stats really aren't far off your complete natural potential. However at this point I think you should hold off on the proviron. It makes a very nice addition, but for your first cycle you want to see how your body reacts to testostorone by itself. Bump up the dosage to 509mg/wk ( that's the standard) and take this first cycle to learn your body. Get bloodwork to see how your estrogen is. Proviron will raise your free test, and you'll have to adjust your AI to suit. Save it for the next cycle. I really think you'll enjoy your first cycle, eat big, lift big, sleep enough and you'll have no problem packing on 15lbs.
